Mines broke after 3 months the customer service is the worst a have to deal with still not got it sorted out yet am disgusted
Francis C.Had this tumble dryer delivered and set it up. At first I thought that it was quiet then a loud whirring noise started. I rang Argos who said they could replace it but it wasn’t in stock anymore so I opted for a refund which I had to wait for until the dryer was collected a week later! Not impressed.
MishWas faulty just over a month after buying. Seller washed there hands of the product and told me I had to get a warranty repair. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all cost
D HawkinsStarted off good, dried well, lots of capacity and quiet! Used it twice then it broke, the starter button stopped working. It’s now being replaced! Let’s just hope it’s a glitch with just that one machine and not a fault in all of them.
WensIts a nice dryer shame it's got to go back cause its faulty only had it for 2 weeks
GemWe like this product which arrived in perfect condition.Down side was that it arrived 7 DAYS EARLIER than quoted without notice. It was fortuitous that we were at home at the time of delivery. The driver said that happens all the time!Anyway we are very happy with the tumble drier so far and hope it lasts as long as the White Knight model it replaced after 20 years of reliable service.
george wallaceThis was a recent replacement for a previous White Knight dryer which served us exceptionally well for many years. The new one, whilst adequate, certainly does not give the same drying response, inasmuch as a setting of 60 minutes does not dry towels. The old one did.
IainKThis tumble dryer is fairly awful. Extremely basic, no temperature features and no sensor to to stop the machine automatically when the clothes are dry. You have to guess how long it’s going to take to dry. Clothing will cook if tumbled for too long. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for.
CHICHIMAMAWas not working when I got it and I had to call the engineer to come out and fix it. Not a good start. Doesn’t dry quick at all. Takes 2 hours for a half load
Kej169Disappointed to find it had a polycarbonate door which clearly isn't as durable as glass. Seems quiet enough. Fulfils requirement for a simple, basic dryer. Now let's see how long it lasts.
BlackwatermanHad a White Knight for several years and when it finally broke its drum mounting, we replaced it with this model. What a load of scrap. We had to return the first and the second one, due to awful metallic screeches and excessive vibrations / rattles. The third one was ok for a week and then started showing the same symptoms. In my opinion something has gone badly wrong with the quality control or engineering of this dryer model. AVOID!
