Works perfectly fine. Some programs take forever though. I think it's energy efficient too, not like I've compared it to another.

Excellent product.

Took a bit of getting used to the controls but once mastered this is a quiet efficient washer dryer, one thing is on normal washes the program can take an age, over 3 hours on some washes, however you can shorten this time by using the ECO and TIME SAVE buttons.

Only just got machine working as transit bolts snapped. hotpoint/indesit service man told me machine had probably been dropped? hey he got machine working. its lovely

good dilivery time had it delivered at my work thought it would be delivered the following week as only ordered it friday how wrong was i it came saturday work all locket up they phoned me to confirm delivery, so of i shot to work and the lads waited in the van for about 40 mins untill i got there. now that's service. as for the machine i don't really notice its on exept on spin cycle but that's mostly down to my huried instalation i haven't levelled the feet properly so get a bit more vibration from it than would be normal. drier work's wonderfull. best bit is i can now sit in the kitchen with a cupper watching the telly.

This actually is a super machine, it's exceeded my expectations to be truthful.It has a rather long two hour plus drying cycle but that's normal for most washer dryers. l believe that anyone buying this machine will see the benefits with it's large drum for larger loads. Buy with confidence.

Great washer / Dryer which packs a lot of washing in to one go providing for cheaper wash. Plus you can clean some duvets. On the downside it does take a long time on the big wash cycles. Worth every penny though.

Looks good. Performs well. Reasonably quiet (spin cycle a little more noisy than expected but not an issue) and good load capability. Reliability unknown, ie too early to comment on. Drying capability ok, but not good on heavy materials such as towels. This is a common problem with these types of dryers i find. All in all pleased with this purchase thus far. I would also say hot point customer service was not the best. Tried to register the product to get the parts guarantee. Website failed to work and no one answered my e-mails. Have heard horror stories from friends with hotpoint issues relating to customer service too.

Having had a two tear old cheap washing machine failing again (had 3 call outs in two years) I decided to save a buy a good one. Every site I looked on had high ratings for this one with Amazon being the cheapest. I bought it, I love it. Its a larger loader, the tumble dryer is a treat. The clothes are clean, its has specialist settings for whites etc. ... easy to install with just cold feed and surprisingly very quiet when washing. I would recommend it, most definately.

We are very pleased with the operation of our new washer dryer. It is 10 years since we purchased the last machine and we are impressed with the technological advances apparent since then.
