Bought in October 2018, by December candy engineer had to be called as it had stopped drying, the thermostat had tripped so it was a quick fix. 8 months after buying it had to call candy again as it stopped drying again, this time thermostat had to be replaced as it was faulty. Worked until March 2020 where it has stopped drying again, not the thermostat this time as it is getting hot. Can’t call candy as it’s out of warranty. Only good thing is it washes clothes. Expect to call candy a lot.

Always found Candy a reliable product. The washing is very efficient and I love that I can adjust the cycle for speed, temperature and weight so the washing can be done in a faster and more economical way. The drying function is good but cannot be compared to a individual dryer as the fluff gets stuck inside the machine and needs cleaning each time otherwise the next washing smells really bad. The washing is great and the machine does a great job at it.

The appliance was purchased to replace a very sickly built in machine and is a great improvement. Much quieter, quicker and workings like a dream!!

Very disappointed with drying cycle.Read instructions & tried all different wash/dry cycles to see if I wasn't setting it right. Washing is left damp meaning I have to air it all not to mention the creases... horrendous! I bought this to replace a 16yr old dryer and wish I'd never bothered. Not to mention the smell. Wash cycle is fine however after a dry cycle the washing no longer smells of your fabric conditioner but a strange rubbery smell! Think long and hard about purchasing this product

The intelligent sensor is only working in few ir 1 program(s). A gimmick touch only. Daily cleaning program capacity is limited to 3kgs compared with full load 8kgs.

Looks great . Easy set up any washing program . Noisy when grying.

Takes a while to get settings right on thus machine. Drying time is quite long but if space is a problem then this is a good alternative to separate items.

After a bit of a challenge taking the transportation bolts off,I noticed the door had dropped. Might of helped if the door had been fitted (seriously there was no screws in the hinges) cant really blame Argos,Candy are at fault. Just Argos's customer service was poor. Offering to send me the screws out in the post (I wasn't happy). After filing a complaint (it was going to take 5 days to collect the faulty item) I received a very nice email & a £30 gift card,which was generous of Argos.

I would recommend it, because it does the job. It is just a bit noisy, but for this price it can’t be perfect.

Wash cycles are really easy to use. The dryer is a tad more complicated. Plus the smart feature doesn't work on an I phone.

Good machine, this is my second Candy. Quieter than the last one and has useful short cycles. Some of the cycles are extremely long - cotton 40c takes 3.5 hours. there is no function to set drier to only dry for 15-30 minutes as with previous machine, shortest cycle is 1h20 so if something only needs a slight dry you have to set a timer or it will bake. The steam function is handy if you have something which is bone dry and needs softening.

The washing quality is fantastic - with a child in the house, stains are common, one daily program wash removes them effortlessly. The dryer programmes have done very well when we’ve tried them. The programs are easily customisable to adjust temperature, spin, and time. The 15 / 30 / 45 min program is absolutely amazing. About Argos, the delivery was fast, well coordinated, and the people bringing it kindly gave us tips on how to unbox it before installing.
