Easy to load love the increased weight load saves time and the 15 min wash is really handy

Great washing machine which is fairly easy to use and quite when In use

This washing machine looks great ,work very good but only problem is a bit noisy

It’s great having a 10kg washing machine with various programs from 14 the quickest. I’ve been using 59 daily wash, and the white cotton which is over 3 hours, I was hesitant when I first used it to wait that long but when it started, it weighed the load and reduced it to 149 minutes. It’s a little noisy when washing and spinning not quiet but it’s still good value for the price. This is the only small fault as it is too soon to tell the don’ts because I bought it recently.

Supply and installation was wonderful, so we thought. Arrived in time installers friendly . However, we now have a small water leak from the back of the machine, yet to be fixed, it vibrates on spin making a banging noise , which has yet to be sorted , so , yes, a disappointment

Our old washing machine started to fade after many years of good service so I decided to use the opportunity to get a machine with a faster spin speed and a larger drum. I was disappointed however to learn that the faster spin speed is not available on many of the programs on this model, so I'm constantly having to put things on for a separate spin. Another downside is that there is no option for a 50 degree wash, the next step up from 40 is 60. Finally, we find that due to the shape of the fins inside the machine, socks get stuck against the drum and therefore do not get spun along with the rest of the load. Socks are always quite wet when we remove them from the machine. We are going to try putting socks into a net bag to see if that helps.

It is very loud and doesn't do half things it says it does. It makes a very loud noise when the washing is on which makes it impossible to put it on evening time. Not recommended. Don't buy this unless you like a loud washer.

I bought this as a direct replacement for the same washing machine. It functions well but the reason from marking down is that the last one literally fell to bits with concrete parts falling off and the machine jumping all over the place.

We bought the same again because it worked well in the first 5 years. A plus it seems to take abuse of people not emptying their pockets with pump collecting bracelets, coins and alike before the error E03 is displayed

Stunning looking and does the job well. Great value for money.

I am delighted with my washing machine so far. The larger drum makes a great difference and I don’t over fill it like I did with my 8kg drum. Washes are coming out cleaner. Flexible choices for was cycles. It doesn’t synch with my iPhone but I’m not missing that. I’d recommend and a good price too.

I can fit so much in there, it's quiet and washes my whites perfectly. I have no downside to this purchase.

Large drum quiet weighs washing, looks good matches my other appliances .Great value for the money.

For the price and features, you cant go past this washing machine, very good value.

Great washing machine although has a very loud whiney sound when spinning, which really spoils this machine. Great features especially that you can do a 60 degree wash in 1 hour. Also has some great other features. Havent tried the smart phone feature yet. Great spin and large drum which gets more washing done in 1 go so saves a lot of time in my busy life.

Having upgraded from a 6kg to this 10kg machine my washing is done before I realise it. My only disappointment with this machine is that it can be controlled by an app but only if you have an Android, which I don’t. It does seem to wash and rinse well, so I’m happy with that.
