Washer looks great in the kitchen. The simplyfi app is easy to setup, there are a whole host of programmes that are not on the dial. I was a bit dubious of this machine when I started using it, very noisy imho, reminded me of Boeing engines when the machine is spinning, even normal drum rotation for washing is a bit shouty. However... my laundry has never been cleaner & softer! Amazing wash results using the same products I was before. I love it!!!

Good variety of washing cycles. Only down side the shorter cycles don’t spin the clothes very well and have to use an additional spin.

Overall great but wish it was bigger and quieter.

We have bought about four of these Candy washing machines ,they get VERY hard use and seem to last at least four years or over ,(one lasted nearly 10 years !). In between we have bought a couple of "better makes" which lasted a short time then developed faults . Over the years we have decided that Candy represent very good value and put up with a lot of hard use .

Ordered this machine on 29th Dec, delivered and plumbed in by DHL on 8th Jan. Still unable to use machine, as the so called plumber used my old connector, and has been leaking ever since. A guy came to fix it and couldn't fix it. So 18 days later I have a machine I've never used but is still leaking. The whole process is a joke. Apparently I have someone coming to take the machine away. Were wait and see. It's cost a lot of money to keep going to the laundry. No help from customer service.

I bought this for the capacity and the 30 minute quick wash feature. Does the job for me. However if the machine detects a heavy load then the quick wash extends its program and sometimes won't perform the spin & drain. So you can then just put on the 10 minute spin & drain program. Also on this quick wash you can't use the 1400 spin or above 40 temperature. No complaints except the buttons take some pressing, sometimes more than once for a response.

We was a bit cautious about the noise, but we hate our downstairs neighbours so we didn't care if it was noisy, although its actually pretty quiet! Not overly impressed with the mobile app - to get it to work you have to put your phone to the washing machine, so if im there anyway I may aswell just use the buttons?

I was worried that this machine was so advanced I would need to study the instructions before use, I sped read the instructions and have found that the clear display on the machine means I can turn the dial, and immediately be shown the properties of said programme and choose accordingly. The quick wash is amazing, generally my clothes are clean and definitely dryer on removal. I can load so much more, and if I load less, I know it will adjust time and water ECT. .

Looked at many and read up on many chose this one as it does everything I've looked for in the family friendly washing machine from full loads to one wash items with its 3 quick settings to suit oh I need this washed I'm going out tonight oh can you hand wash this eh no quick wash one do it yourself

Very pleased with this machine; it washes a nice sized load which is important for a family of five and it’s different programmes are clear and easy to use. Love it.
