Doesn't work this one

I ordered this for my son as he was looking for a condenser dryer. It was the right size and price for them. Item arrived on time but when they opened it up they found out that it was a vented dryer not a condenser dryer as the description on Amazon website said. Very disappointed.

Started off O.K nice and quiet with a small test load of two worn bath towels, gradually got noisier and was making a load grating noise that even to a deaf old fart like me was irritating. Had to send back to Amazon which was a shame because size wise it was perfect for what we required.

The dryer works perfectly but not as a condenser dryer as described

Just unwrapped dryer the first thing I noticed was that this IS NOT! A condensing dryer it is a vented dryer and needs an open window or a hole in the wall

I would have given it four stars but 1) it's a bit smaller than I anticipated and 2) I was under the impression it was a condenser dryer when in fact it has a condenser facility (a hose and box to gather water) Other than that, a great little dryer, very efficient and runs quietly. All things considered, good value for money and prompt, free delivery.

Very poor quallity product. I needed to return it back because it was not working properly and was very noisy. There are other similar products like this in amazon which cost less and are in way better quallity.

I used this twice which was fine but the third time it made a grating noise as if the drum was catching on something, tried it a couple of times so called Indesit, even though I had only just received it I still had to wait 8 days before an Engineer could come out. So far not impressed but will do another review when and if it's up and running again.

I've never come across such a stupid design! The vent attaches to the door not out the back! Not great if you don't have the room to feed the vent tube round the back to an existing outlet! Very disappointed as 4kg is ideal, but had to return it.
