Honey make my dinner!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Not bad. In a box, incomprehensible, mostly, instruction leaflet in a million languages. Two buttons, one power, the other TARE. No idea what that means, instructions don't explain what that means, nor how to change from metric to imperial. If you're happy with metric, great, cos it's set to that when box opens. Apart from this annoyance it's OK I guess.

Nice scales but I found them difficult to use
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

These scales are a mixture of white and grey plastic and glass. Comprise of a round disc which holds the display, then/off switch and the tare switch. The amount is clearly seen although the lb,oz and g are a little small. There are 2 arms which are high gloss glass with a pattern of decreasing circles. When these arms are opened the scales are automatically switched on. They automatically switch off if not used for 4 minutes.I can place my smallest and largest baking bowl on this area. On the underside of the arms are 4 pads to protect the work surface and the battery compartment is also located here. They take a 3V CR2430 battery which is supplied. Also on the underside of the disc is the button to change from G to lbs and ounces. Unlike the other buttons, which are touch sensitive, this one has to be pressed until click is heard. I think this is quite a fault. I found it awkward to switch it on and press whilst looking at display. I feel it should be on the front with the other buttons. As an older person I use recipes in pounds and ounces and also in grams so I am constantly changing from imperial to metric during a baking batch. I really do not like this part of the design. Overall these scales look very nice but difficult to use.
