Smart accurate scales very happy with purchase

CP- Cannot use for accurate weighing. Will only weigh to every 2g/ 2ml.- On button gets stuck.- It stalls and the only way to reset it is to take the battery out - for which you need a screwdriver to open the access panel.- It's slow to react. So pouring anything requires a super slow pour, stop and a wait time for the scales to catch up.- The dashboard is also part of the scales so you have to ensure it has its own personal space or or weighs even a finger tip (barely) touching the side of the front.Overall not accurate and not functional.

KeithAI bought this item to replace a similar item I bought from IKEA over ten years ago at a fraction of the price, thinking the extra cost and credibility of the Slater brand (in the world of weighing) would bring extra quality. It did not.First, the feet are not level. One is shorter than the other three and required packing out with a few layers of masking tapeSecond, it ran out of batteries within the first six weeksMost importantly, it measures only in increments of two grams. I know this is tiny amount, but surely not in-achievable for forty quid. The IKEA predecessor does increments of one gram, after all.That said, the design and build are sturdy and I am happy to leave this set of scales on the kitchen worktop.Come on Slater, you can do better...!

GemmaI had similar scales from Salter before - these are much better. Look good, easy to use and clean. The reset to 0 feature for adding ingredients works well - an issue with my last scales. So far I have no complaints.
