Shuttle1981Like others have said. The bulb doesnt last. Its less than one year old. I contacted amazon as i bought it from them and they took my details and contacted the manufacturer. Nothing happened! I am left with a useless microwave as i cant see whats happening inside. I will now buy a panasonic!
JayneEasy to use.Can use big dishes in it as flatbed design. Stays very clean in use. Looks smart.. Bought this to replace identical model which failed just after the warranty ended.Spoke toRussell Hobbs who said they couldn’t repair it-shame as it still looked brand new. Anyway I decided to replace it with the same as I liked it so much. Hoping for better luck this time.
MarionSimplicity. I have never used any of the fancy programs that come with microwaves, just set how long and go. It also doesn't have a clock that needs changed.. I was worried about hot spots because it doesn't have a turntable. When I cook two poached eggs, after 60 seconds one has exploded and the other is still raw, so those hot spots are clearly still there, I thought Samsung had come up with some miraclulous answer to hot spots, but they haven't. So it went back to the shop.
GraemeIt does okay, but for the money, I could have got a more powerful turn table style nuker.And you deffo have to wipe the inside after every use, it gets more moist that a nymp in heat.I can already see the plastic lamination on the buttons starting to get loose, witch will kill the aesthetics slightly.
MephistoI am using this its totally was of money I received 1st lcd borked after 1 week I got repayment from amazon but this one not last 1 year I use my previous more then 4 years but this one only in 8 month stop working I have no clue how can I get it repaired by warranty
razaHad to return this sadly, Amazon were great, no-quibbles. Unit developed a faulty and stopped working. Otherwise in general 700w is a bit underweight for a flatbed (no turntable) machine, nice concept but we had to run it slightly longer (while it worked!) e.g. 1.5 mins normal became 2.5 mins etc. Pity the unit failed as the price and product wasn't bad, switched to Panasonic for something more reliable.
AntonakisUpdate after having it for a couple of months the light bulb has already gone, so it is not long lasting led as advertised It apparently needs an electrician to replace it terrible quality after 4 months. Do not buy this microwave. Amazon said you only have a month to return this faulty product.
Amazon CustomerIt doesn't do seconds ie 1 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec - min is 30 seconds and then it goes up in half minutes until 5 minutes when it only meaures full minutes ie 7 or 8 minutes so you cant put 7and a half minutes. I know it sounds confused butte timing element makes no logical sense and had I known I wouldn't have bought it
anneIt only has two power levels which makes it just about useless for reheating meals. Full power is way too powerful and defrost does nothing. Just one in-between power level would be a huge improvement. Even far cheaper budget models have multiple power levels! I've had to replace it with something better (and cheaper) after trying to cope with it for 6 months.

Microwave ovens do not generate any heat themselves but instead emit waves of microwave energy which cause the water molecules in food to vibrate. This vibration produces heat which in turn cooks the food.
This is why your food will come out of the microwave piping hot, when your utensils inside the microwave stay much cooler.
