Returned ..poor quality build
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Price excellent delivery excellent by amazon however the door was faulty and so noisy ... returned as you can’t risk a dodgy door and microwaves. The build was not what I expect from Panasonic product .. bought another model with no faults and happy now

Keep your receipt or ask whoever gives it to you to provide a receipt!

A very noisy machine. The light bulb has failed within 8 months. It was a gift so no receipt. As far as Panasonic is concerned “no receipt, no warranty” Not impressed by their customer service on a relatively expensive microwave which I had helped choose due to its Whuch recommendation and good reviews.

Mediocre quality. Superior alternatives from the likes of Samsung available at a lower price.

Taking it back
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

The stated internal dimensions of this microwave are inaccurate. Panasonic state an internal cavity height of 21.4cm (which would be fine), but the actual cavity height is 17.3cm. Returning the microwave on this basis, as it cannot fit the height we need to disinfect our baby's bottles.

Shop elsewhere for this product....

The first time I plugged the oven in it shorted and fused all the lights. When I rang Amazon they advised me to dispose of this oven and order another one, which I did. The second oven worked perfectly, then three weeks later I received an email telling me to send the original oven back or I would be charged again. Another phone call sorted out the problem and I thought all was well. What has absolutely appalled me is that the two phone calls, lasting 8 minutes and 16 minutes have cost me £51, so I would have been far better off buying the oven from my local store.Never, ever again will I buy a bulky or electrical item from Amazon. If you send an email querying these phone charges you receive a nonsensical email back in bad English which does not address the problem at all. Shop elsewhere.

Faulty door and condensation between glass

These microwaves seem to have a common fault with the door where you get condensation between the glass and the door does not like line up at the right hand corner

Microwave power
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I Have had to replace my microwave after some 19 years devastated. I ordered this one as it seemed similar to my old one. Arrived on time and husband unpacked it and threw away the box, if I still had the box I would have send it back.
I have just gone to use the microwave part to cook something at 800 and low and behold I can’t, he microwave power 1000 high,600 medium, 440 low, or 100 warm, not any use to me as most of my micro foods is 800. My old microwave went from 1000 down to 100 in increments of 100. Am so unhappy

Condensation inside oven door.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I have had 2 of these and both have had condensation inside the oven doors. It builds up on the left hand side. I can only assume faulty seals. Such a shame as loved the microwave however both had the same fault so wasn’t prepared to try a third. What a pity.

Returned as faulty

"Safety feature" means microwave turns off when it overheats. Used with baby bottle steriliser, 2 mins in it would turn off, waited approx. 30mins for it to come back on when cooled down despite plenty of room and ventilation space around it.

Compact is a more accurate description.
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

Disappointed with small size, Think I ordered the wrong one by mistake as there is a very similar larger one. Fairly straightforward to use but does not show which power is operating. They all need button presses so levels 3,4 and 5 need the same number of switch presses. You have to press quite hard. The power levels but they are not evenly distributed. Bought to replace 30 yr old microwave.

Small microwave
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

I brought this as I think panosonic brand is good, however didn’t realise that’s quite small, so I returned it. This would suite someone who has small kicthen or small family. I haven’t used it so can’t really say how well it is, but have given some star as I know panosonic is a good brand so I feel it deserves some stars.

BEWARE THE MICROWAVE NUMBERING MINEFIELD ( & PERSONALLY, I’D PREFER A FLATBED)
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Amazon offered me two Panasonic microwaves to review, this NN-CT57JM, advertised at £229, and the NN-CT54JW advertised at £199. I chose the first, because it was then touted as “Amazon’s choice” - but is no longer. The first thing to say is that, operationally, these two models are in fact totally identical, both with each other, AND with the NN-CT55JW and the NN-CT56JB; the manual supplied with the one I chose declares itself appropriate for all four, and shows that they all have exactly the same specification - but often widely differing prices. The only differences are presumably the colours; I suspect the the B indicates black and the W indicates white; the M - mine - indicates silver. This mumbo-jumbo numbering can only have one purpose - to confuse the consumer. If this is the specification you need, and you don’t care about colour, simply seek out the cheapest of these four models. But there’s more; the manual tells us that the control panel design may vary - but that the words on the pads will be the same. This leads me to suspect that there are other microwaves out there in the recent Panasonic 27L/1000w range which may be of identical specification, but operated via last year’s buttons and knobs instead of this year’s touch-panels - and are likely to be even cheaper still. I’ll leave you to do the legwork. I actually prefer knobs and buttons. The microwave I use daily (see https://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-NN-CF853WBPQ-Premium-Combination-Litre/product-reviews/B00F9A6AY6/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_viewopt_sr?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=two_star&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=1#reviews-filter-bar) is Panasonic’s NN-CF853WBPQ flatbed, 32 Litre, 1000 Watt, Premium Combination Oven, which cost me just short of £400. It’s a badly-designed, fiddly, irritating thing with one huge saving grace - the flatbed. Gone at last are the easily-tipped-over wire racks and the wobbly, rotating glass plates which so readily slip from old or tired fingers to shatter into millions of bits on the quarry tile floor...And trying out this
