Couldn’t see the water line. 2 years old, not used very much but overheated and caught fire. Just so pleased I hadn’t left it unattended.

Works fine but I would not buy this one again as you cannot see through the purple sides to see the water level so don't know how much water is in there or when it's about to run out, or how high to top it up.It does not glide as well over clothing as my last one. At least the cable is long enough on this one.It is very steamy.

This is lightweight which makes easier for me to use, the only point I would make is it sometimes leaves drops of water whilst ironing

My old iron still works perfectly but the lid of the water tank snapped off so, as I hate ironing and found the splashing water an easy excuse to put it off, I decided to buy a new one. This was recommended as the updated version so I bought it. What can I say after giving it a solid workout (the one and only for a few weeks)? It is heavier than the older version which was particularly lightweight but not as heavy as previous irons. It seems like a well balanced iron, sturdy but easy to use. I thought, looking at it, that the water tank lid seemed better designed but while not as flimsy as its predecessor it can take a bit of fiddling to press into place. I’m not confident it will be long lasting either. It heats up quickly and the selected heat level is hotter than I’m used to so a slight reduction is required. This is especially noticeable at the steam setting where it runs through water. The only downside to the iron is the lack of visibility in the water tank - I found that a lack of steam was the only way to know it needed more water.

I bought it for my friend in Pakistan,she was very impressed with the colour and shape and very light easy to iron even the jeans.

This iron has helped me a lot and it is a awesome upgrade from my previous iron that broke. Delivery was fast as well overall good experience.

Very pleased with iron. Has a long flex which you dont often get. Not too heavy. Suitable for me. Good for pressing trousers.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this iron, I wasn't expecting much for the price but its very good, its lightweight and easy to use, I would highly recommend it.

The colour of the case, purple, prevents you seeing if their is sufficient water in the iron, serious design flaw.

Sure, it has a warranty, but for a cheap item it wasn’t worth the hassle of arranging a new one. More just a lesson Morphy Richards products are cheap for a reason (I had a kettle from them once that also barely lasted a year).Probably best you try something else unless you only need an iron for a few weeks...

Loving my new iron which breezes through the ironing! Powerful steam and larger water tank. Does the job easily

good iron, but water gauge hared to see how much is in there, so I often overfill !! but it works well
