Conked off in 6 months. The steam on/off was quite moody from day 1, but we persisted with this. It is light and glides over clothes, but takes twice the time (and effort) probably because it’s so lightweight.Most disappointed that I bought it in Nov, and it has gone dead in April. Didn’t expect this from a Breville product.Dreading the whole returns exercise now as it asks you to contact manufacturer. Poor buy!

Was already falling apart within less than 2 months.I guess you get what you pay for

Have a slightly different model, but. Worked well until smoke started to belch out from the hot plate and it started to crackle. Have written to the manufacturer as this looks like a major fault. Update. I posted a review on Breville's site which they subsequently deleted!

This is a very basic ironthay feels cheap and does not get hot enough at highest setting. I preferred the Tefal which I brought previously but that one was dripping...

Ordered on Saturday recived ib monday so great in that way but the iron didn't work at all so had to send it back... ill write another review when i recive my replacement...

The Breville is smooth to go over the cloths but I was disappointed to find the handle was not comfortable as the raised part is just where you have to grip it.Too much trouble to return it so I will continue to use itRegards Caroline
