cindy carnegieThis is the 3rd iron we've had, the first developed a problem after 15 months, we bought a 2nd and the first time we put the water in, it ran straight through and out of the heel of the iron, the third is a replacement for the 2nd and it works perfectly. We really like this iron but we have been a little unlucky with the first two.
