Many people have small kitchens with levels only under cupboards: so this message is for you. Please note - this microwave needs 30cm clearance above for safe use, but it doesn't say this in Product Information. So having received and unwrapped it we were very disappointed, and it's had to go back.

The rotating table sticks for no reason, would have purchased a larger and 900 Watt microwave this one lacks in power

We went for this microwave when we had a new kitchen, as it could be top-fixed to the bottom of a kitchen cupboard. It was fine for just over 4 years, easy to use etc. The main gripe was the decal markings, which are not clean-resistant and will soon disappear if you touch them! Although disappointed that it had only lasted a relatively short time for a Bosch, when we had to replace it, we still wanted a top fixing unit, so went for same model again and kept fingers crossed.....
Sadly, crossing fingers doesn't work like it used to when I was a boy, and the replacement packed up after only 15 months and there is only a 1 year warranty.......
I'm now in a quandary, do I throw more money at Bosch for this model and buy same again, or try to find another top fixing with identical hole spaces? Not sure how to research that......

Received faulty microwave which dangerously overheats after a couple of minutes use then cuts out. Now in battle with extremely unhelpful sellers who expect me to contact the manufacturer for a repair! Blooming cheek!

Do not waste your time or money. Had one of these and after 18 months the grill packed up also as one other customer said the covering on the inside of the door started coming away after12 months. Bosch products were re-known, not any more.

Really really disappointed with this product. Had it exactly one year and it no longer works - it just stopped working. Wouldn't buy another one. Plus not happy buying this via Amazon as I have no idea what the guarantee is. In future I will only buy electrical goods from John Lewis - this has been and expensive mistake!

Small compact microwave that I purchased to install below a kitchen cabinet. The first one I ordered was faulty as the retractable dial was stuck but Amazon sent me a replacement straight away and the replacement was okay. Not impressed with the pre-set programmes as you have to remember which programme number is which. My previous microwave was more advanced as the programme came up in the display. Other than this it is a basic microwave and does what it is supposed to do.
