Took out of box today and it has a dent in the top

We bought this microwave after outstanding Which? review. Although the microwave itself my be good, we found the user interface way too complicated for a microwave. It took 3 buttons to heat up a dish for 2 mins (it didn't include anything like defrosting, etc. )Personally, I feel like microwave does not need do much, but the things it need doing should do efficiently.At the end, we decided to return in on the ground that it shouldn't take 3 moves to do a single task.

Not happy, bought as a Christmas present, the turn table does not turn, plus the light does not come on

I used this product satisfactorily for five months but it is now dead, with no power at all. I have changed the fuse in the plug with no success. When I phoned Beko to claim under the guarantee they said I had to contact Amazon. Amazon customer service were helpful and contacted Beko who agreed to replace the product . I supplied Beko with proof of purchase but I'm still waiting for a reply from them, let alone delivery of the replacement microwave. I have other Beko appliances and have been happy with them, but I would not purchase another Beko microwave. This one was bought to replace a microwave I had used for 30 years without problems!UPDATE - Amazon have offered me a full refund and I have returned the appliance.

Arrived yesterday and has a buckle on the side of the microwave so when you try to open the door it catches and you have to yank it! Which obviously isn’t greAt! I sent a video to amazon! Who stated it’s sold by a 3rd party so they cannot exchange it!!!! But yet the listing states it was sold and fulfilled by amazon!!! So they recommend I order another one and then send this one back! I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I had the time to do this! I had to order another microwave as mine literally went bang! I ordered this next day! As it was needed to heat my snuggle safes for my animals! And then it arrives damaged! So I now have to purchase yet another microwave and then somehow get this one to the pick up point to send back! I’m epileptic so I don’t drive! I am so annoyed! I fact so annoyed I don’t even want to bother with amazon anymore! Just not acceptable!

This microwave is NOT 20Litres capacity. It is 12.5 litresThe literature says 20LThe Amazon website says 20LInternal dimensions are 25.5×28×17.5 max.This Is a very small microwave!

Though it works well it's a bit of a pain to programme and there is no actual push release for the door. Also when you go to pull on the handle if you put a support hand near the programme panel it just sets it going.

Horrific top all bowed. Not usable

Fine Microwave. But like everything I buy these days, not perfect, it arrived with a dent in the top of it regardless of the excellent packaging it came in.
