Average microwave. The plate comes out of place easily. The power wire is very short. The height inside it very short which is very around when you can’t stand up certain packets without it falling over emptying all over the plate.

Worst product/microwave. Russel Hobb-worst manufacturer.Russel Hobb has refused to replace the completely rusted produce for me. Rust developed under 12 months. Cost me a lot now it is completely useless.Lots of reviews complaining about rust on Amazon.Never buy again.

Not what I wanted. I thought it was totally black. I have not even opened it but box looks though it’s been re-wrapped .

Good item, however there are functions that I'm unable to use for example how to defrost food.

No light inside so can't see whether your food is overboiling or not!

This microwave looks glassy and stylish at first glance but the main function which is heating up your food will stop working after a while. I ended up to put it in the bin and buy a different brand. Amazon said it is out of warranty.

Developed a fault 6 months, making loud noise and stopped heating food. I have just arranged a return.Will be buying a different brand.Also, the turntable plate kept moving out of position every time I used it which, because of the poor design. This in itself was extremely annoying, even before the microwave stopped working.Do not recommend.

Unfortunately after only 2 months use was rusting inside back at top and bottom edges and on front edge and had to return.

Stopped heating. Lights all on, turntable turns, but no warming. Something like this should last years, not months.

Ok had this some time now and it has one major flaw,the dish does not rotate well it stops a lot and the plastic dish holder is not up to standard its cheap and not good apart from that it works very well,but please for the sake of a few pounds sort this out it lets down your product

Had this for just over a year now every time we go to press start a rather loud worrying glass sound happens as though it is going to blow up.

Dreadful ordered 2 now and both have been faulty. First one the plate didn't turn and this one cuts out everyone after 2 minutes. Need to organise another return.

Sadly this was bought as a wedding gift but is faulty. Only just been opened as gift & used. Would really like to send back.

Not happy!!! Just brought & there are a number of flaws in the base of the unit, that actually appear to be starting to rust!! Can Amazon please contact me as to how I obtain a replacement & I should be having to pay to return the faulty original microwave!I currently wished I'd listened to the poor reviews & not brought!! Hoping Amazon will retire my faith!!!

Microwave does not heat up food. Have to put it in for around 6 minutes and it is still just warm. Really dissapointed :(

I purchased this item on 31/01/2018. Having had an accident iIuse t mainly for de-frosting. A burn mark has appeared above the door hinge insideI am not sure that I should use the machineI am almost 90 and very disabledI need replacement asap

This Microwave looks great but takes ages to cook the food, also the turntable plate rotation design is shocking and needs constant re alignment.Amazon customer service was great, i returned the Microwave and was refunded quickly.

Not working Very good . heats everything else but the food. I sent an email few weeks ago to the customer care complaining about this and requesting a replacement but no one has responded.

Awful microwave. Not powerful enough. Has now failed after 13 monyhs use. Would not recommend.
