Excellent - just as it says. Doesn’t take long to heat up. Large capacity and cooks evenly even when full. Quiet. Good value for money.

Easy timer set up very quiet.. The grill pan handle needs to be more secure, it looks and feels as though it cou;ld slide off at any time.

Straight forward to use controls clearly laid out, very quick to heat up and reach set temperature. very nice looking with all black glass doors and back fascia. Great value for money at under £290.00. Not found anything yet!

Having the double ovens means no more cold or uncooked food when they all take difference amounts of time.....bring on the christmas dinner that will be a treat with no hassle :). so far nothing, its brill

In spite of the double oven having to be replaced because the coating on the bottom oven was coming away - we have received excellent treatment from Hotpoint and the Engineers were also excellent.. The coating on the bottom oven started to break off. It was only delivered 7/11/19 and this started some 7/10 days after - after not much use. Hotpoint Engineer came out and said it needed replacing - this was done yesterday 17/12/19 and I am delighted.

Fitted perfectly in place of old unit. Thermostats on oven and grill seem to be set too low

. Grill pan handle very flimsy so I will be buying another grill pan from the internet. It's a shame that an otherwise excellent double oven should be let down like this.

Gets warm quickly and looks fantastic. Bit of condensation when cooking and door makes a funny humming noise when it closes
