The microwave arrived in two boxes. On opening the Microwave box it had a dent on the top corner above the clock.Due to the situation i can't wait for a replacement.The microwave it was the same make with a grill. That was priced at 119 pounds, This was 184 with no grill.

Unable to select wattage, other than 600 or 1000.Very inconvenient as most convenience food instructions include neither of these power levels.

Suffers a lot from condensation.this makes the life of the appliance quite low. It's not the only model that shows this, many others do to. It won't last you a long time.

Looks good. Seems really slow

Error code H98 appeared. Item faulty. Should have been a simple process to return the item as its a primary fault that is not economic to repair according to panasonic. Been on chat with amazon "expert" for 20 minutes. Chat person simply could not understand the issue and said to contact panasonic. VERY frustrating. Dreadful customer service by amazon.

Nice and quiet..

Not straightforward enough, previous microwaves have had simple reheat, defrost, potato etc options without all the working out, never had defrost function start to cook meat before.

The 1000w power is big - have nuked a few things already. Neat design which does not take up a lot of worktop space.. Small cubicle (ie rice bags catch on ceiling); auto cook not sensor cook; minimum weight for auto-cook is 200g (I use less so then have to guess the time); choice of one colour only - stainless steel (fingermarks everywhere).

the second of this model i have had to return.the first lasted less than 1 month ,the second 5 months.must be problem with this model.now ordered samsung.

The microwave looks great but it is not the easiest to use

Turned the unit on for the first time, set the timer, pushed start and there was a loud buzzing noise. Turned it off immediately. The exterior of the unit was hot to the touch and there was a strange smell of burned wires or something :/Very disappointed, as I need to go through all the hassle of shipping this broken unit back in order to get a refund.

Brought this originally in may 4 months later it stopped working and a error code appeared not good for a expensive microwave, I brought a cheap £40 microwave for my first house that lasted over 2 years. Can be a little confusing to operate had to look back at the instructions a few times before getting to grips with it, there is such a thing as having too many options and functions. On a positive note it heats up really thorough and fast. Can't fault the staff at argos through the whole thing
