3 years old and rust has started to develop around the door.

Has only lasted 3 years before the paint on the interior has corroded exposing metal meaning the oven sparks and is unusable/dangerous. Bought this because I trusted Sharp and had previous good experience with their microwaves. But this one really should be avoided

Having owned a Sharp microwave for over 10 years I was expecting better from the replacement. First one delivered went back as it made a grinding noise from the motor on first use. Replacement sent by Amazon the next day (amazing customer service as always from Amazon) unpacked and tested, different fault, control panel did not work, could not select power level, cooking time, set clock or any other function. It would only work with the 1 minute cooking by pressing start - all other functions would not respond. My advice is to think twice before ordering this model.

only worked for a couple of years or so it then packed in ! interior finish started going rusty and paint coming off in corners not impressed with quality! Good thing i had taken out the 3yr insurance so it was replaced quickly by them.

It’s quite low in height compared to my other microwave and it gets a lot of condensation in but other wise works well

The so called touch controls need to be pressed very hard.Door opening button very stiff and microwave needs to be held or it slips on worktop. Door opens and closes with a loud clonkSteams up when cooking so that you cannot see food.Controls not easy to read

Having had a Sharp Microwave previously. I thought I would have another one. T

Looked great, small but roomy inside. However, every time we used the microwave, the insides seemed to be dripping in water. After 4 months of use it broke down, the timer would count down but the microwave wouldn't actually be working. Also, the plastic coating over the start button started to deteriorate after a couple of months. We used this every day for 2 minutes to steam vegetables for the dogs, and then occasional use for microwave meals, soup and jacket potatoes. Not heavy use at all. Wouldn't recommend this product.

Style: Decently good looking product. The pictures are well representative of it. Though I feel it is worth mentioning, the window is very dark which makes it hard to see through. Functionality: Sadly mine was broken so had to be returned. Ease of use: it seemed very simple to use, though sadly I hardly got that opertunity.

Neat oven with good, easy-to-use features. But the interior is so dark and the interior light so dim that I could not see how the food was behaving. We make porridge in a transparent plastic bowl in our microwave and need to see the food to stop it boiling over. With the Sharp 800W Standard Microwave R274SLM - Silver machine the only method of doing so was to stop the cooking process and open the door. This is the reason I returned it.

Not really as it can't be fitted into a locker it needs to be mounted on a counter top which are not a lot of in a motorhome or caravan. But it does what it says on the box

A bit disappointing. Very small and longwinded to use. For the price I feel you could get better.

This microwave oven is too small. I have just tried to cook some food using my "Micro Chef Grill" and guess what....the oven is too small to use a "Micro Chef" in . It can't fit in!! I should return the microwave oven but sadly I have thrown the box it came in away.

Pixel screen already faulty,, smaller than expected but hey it was cheap..

Bought this in March...now looking for a new one as it's too small, knocks over my bowl of porridge regularly! Also the metal trim around the door is now showing rust...after seven months only of wear. Works Ok as a microwave for small items.

We wanted a compact microwave and this is definitely that. Looks good on the side and very easy to use. Despite having checked the dimensions carefully we weren't prepared for the fact that a normal dinner plate will only fit in it if you tip it a bit sideways. Not a major issue unless you're reheating something a bit sloppy I suppose but worth bearing in mind.

Can't say I like this. After jacket potatoes it's always running with water - far more than my original microwave. And it's difficult to see inside because it's black. But the controls are easy to use, and is fairly sturdy.

the microwave is OK but the door sticks and is driving me crazy... Wouldn't recommend
