I have mixed feelings about it. It does the job. Sometimes it drips water. You can only use it in vertical position

I got this steamer to take with me for travels cause it was time for my old one to retire, forget thats it's super big and heavy and not practical at all to take with me, IT LEAKS SO SO MUCH!!!! It is impossible to steam anything it leaves just the biggest wet marks all over the clothes! So so disappointed.I wanted to return it the minute i tried it, but since my mom threw away the box i can't. I tried it 4 times and every single time it looks like i was just under a rainstorm, the clothes are completely wet... So the only thing i can use it on are some cheap t shirts or something and then leave them hanging until they dry before i can even wear them... Very useless purchase DO NOT recommend

Constant spitting of water during steaming of garment, 2 tanks of water to steam a silk dress which still looked creased at the end. Returned.

Great buy but delivered in box as is, so you can see what it is when package delivered. Was a gift so they saw it as delivered, but of a shame.Does what expected.

Does what it says beautifully and very quickly. I wish I could also do collars with it but hey, it does pretty much everything else. It takes a minute to prep and needs to cool off before storing again.

Excellent product. It's super easy to use and it really works! Only downside: the water tank is small so you need to refill it nearly after every shirt. Very happy with it!

Good for quickly getting shirts wearable but could never pass for ironed. Easy to set up and use after a little practise.

Purchased this for the purpose of curtains.... I hate ironing my large window curtains 470 width by 72 dropAs soon as I received this I put it to task.... Its fantastic. Takes a bit of getting used to as I have never used one before but I am so impressed.

The heated sole plate seemed to be as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, and the steam slot looked like a design flaw as oppose to the evenly spaced holes on the Access Steam version. HOWEVER, having tried it with an ironing board and on the bed, my initial perception has greatly improved.

Okay, it still does a decent job on most clothes i.e. blazers/jackets, t-shirts. chinos etc. whilst upright steaming (I do use the brush or delicate attachment to prevent that unsightly shine). But for more stubborn wrinkles and the shirts, it works best when used with the ironing board. I have not used my iron in over a month and cannot say I miss it. The heated sole plate coupled with steam works just as well if not better (but then again, most of my shirts are non-iron cotton).

Access+ is reasonably well made, produces very good amount of steam, cable is of ample length, and the turbo function isn't entirely useless.

Pleat attachment is borderline functional, door hook could be of better design (rather sharp edges, the U bent could be a bit deeper) and the steamer could most definitely do with a larger reservoir (it never seem to last the said 8-9 minutes).

Descaling is simple with 50/50 white vinegar/water solution, run it till dry, do it outdoors or risk smelling like cheap wine.

Does poor job in ironing the clothes. Little to no effect at all. Too big to carry while travelling.
