MarianaThe Tanita KD-406 Digital Kitchen Scale is easy to use and highly durable with an LCD display. The scale has add/weigh functions with weight capacity of 3kg and weight increments of 1g.
The scale is designed with an auto power-off function for energy effiency. If the same reading is displayed for more than 10 minutes, the scale will automatically turn off. The tare function of the KD-406 allows you to add and weigh individual item(s) without removing contents of the bowl. Press the ON/TARE button, the display will show '888'. Wait until the display shows '0', put the bowl onto the scale and press ON/TARE button. The display will revert to '0' again. You can now add and weigh items, pressing the ON/TARE button before adding and weighing each individual item.
