Scale is done with the low quality plastic materials. You can very easily scratch the surface. Fitting of plastic elements is also very poor. The bottom of the scale is done with two different kind of plastic with two different surface types.
The scale is small, from the distance it looks quite nice and it also weights pretty good but I guess that for this price you can get something of better quality.
For cheap scales these ones are great. I love the extra precision and the fact that they take very little space. They're also nice norepinephrine male batteries and not those silly little flat ones

I love how these come with a 200g weight to re-calibrate and to test if they are still weighing correctly. The description states these are for weighing herbs and spices, but I am using them for all food weighing. Very bright display which is much easier to read than my old scales too.
