Bought this week and my wife and I appreciate the features and the 3 year warranty.

Good product. Cleans easy. Trick to keeping a microwave clean is to wipe it out inside after every use with a mild degeaser spray. Looks good in kitchen.

Used once made strange noises blew the main fuse, had fuse replaced then microwave over heated and stopped working altogether absolute file of junk

Bought this Samsung microwave to replace my last 900w Samsung as it was very reliable with a large 28L oven space. This one is an update with the same layout except its totally touch control without a dial. Very pleased with this purchase.

With being ceramic inside it's much easy to clean.

Great price as good if not better than the most expensive and with a three year warranty what's not to like.

Haven't had a combi microwave for years but glad I have one now. Getting used to microwaving again and it's great. If I have any complaints then it's one small one whereby I cannot get a question answered by Samsung or the community but I guess that I will sort it.

Stopped working just outside the one year warranty. Repairs cost more than the microwave is worth. Last Microwave was a Panasonic and it lasted 20 years. Chose Samsung as a replacement thinking they’re a good brand with well tested and long life components. From a glance it looks great but actually feels cheap. This is the last Samsung product I ever buy.

The Microwave is very good value and has all the features we wanted.

Great product which, although larger than expected, performs very well and is easy to use. First attempt at cooking a whole chicken was a great success - 32 minutes from raw to perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend

my new microwave is very sleek and good looking,easy to use and set up. The only downside is because the interior is black as well as the glass in the door you cannot see what is happening to the food.

It really good .you can turn off turn glass...if you had something that smell ..press button it takes all smell out .you turn eco button on turn off time saves energy

My microwave has all the functions that I need. It works very well, getting food nice and hot. It is a smart looking machine and I am very pleased with it.

Amazing product but had to send back as it’s very big ... ensure you check your measurements - don’t assume as a microwave it will fit a space you have unless you e measured it - this product is 2x the size fins small micro leave and probably 50% bigger than a standard. Microwave with a 32 table.

Newly purchased, great looker, getting to grips with functions. Replaced old microwave which was pre programmed for jacket pots, defrosting etc. Was so easy to use. This one more complex and not sure how to Cook crispy jacket potato? Not mentioned in cooking manual.

The oven does not work to temperature over 150c when using combination. I have many engineers out under warrantyand 2 new ones ( replacements ) contacted Samsung and there is a known fault but will not redesign so do not buyNow have microwave that has no combi oven

Having to get to grips with the functions which are frustrating at times but hopefully I’ll get the hang of it eventually but it’s more than I need a combination oven for.
