1.5 years old and has broken. Looked after well and not overly used. We were never really happy with the quality, very loud & harsh to shut closed and never heated as I would expect. Wouldn’t recommend.
Michael BluntInterior light very poor. Fiddly controls. No memory for repeated cooking times.
William DonelsonA good product although sadly lacking in a kitchen timer which I thought was a standard function for all microwaves.
The knob is handy but counterintuitive in that you have to turn left to start a normal countdown rather than right for the pre-programmed options.
Sadly this unit completely stopped working after only 2 years of normal use and Russell Hobbs cannot offer any support. Worth noting their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I wouldn't recommend this microwave, it's expensive and doesn't necessarily feel worth it.

T BucknallThe microwave is decent enough, however there were a few things that disappointed me.
- The outside is a fingerprint magnet. Lots of work to keep it looking clean.
- The glass window is mirrored and dark, making it very hard to see the progress of the food inside.
- For the price I was expecting more a premium build. Opening and closing the microwave door is surprisingly loud as the materials seem flimsy.
- This purchase was to replace a 10 year old microwave I had bought from Argos for £30 but build quality was inferior even to that.
For the price, my expectations were higher, so am a bit disappointed.
Other than that it does the job, and looks nice.

GGood microwave, it stated stainless steel which is why I bought it. It has a stainless steel outer but it just painted inside which is disappointing.
CamrinaBought this microwave which was fine for a while but have started see paint flaking inside at the back with rust underneath. It's been well looked after and wasn't cheap so not happy at all.Avoid!
Session_legendAfter first usage the device became hot underneath...too hot to touch. The experience becomes worse when you not only order for need but cannot satisfy your need until the "Heap" is returned first........Go elsewhere.

RalphPoor material and that's bother me a lot !
I hate this product already, I feel cheated. Same quality I've could buy with only £30.

Romulús RománThe product is only 4 months old, however it has stopped working. Trouble shooting didn't work and Russell Hobbs said we had to contact Amazon. Amazon doesn't appear to provide a call centre number to discuss the product. This is very unsatisfactory. Could someone from Amazon please respond. Thanks
Vache EspagnoleBought this a under a month ago and it was work fine. Very good quality and for no reason at all, it just stopped. I'm not sure why. I've plugged it in sockets but no change. I'd love to be able to contact the seller but the contact details aren't available anymore. I hope the seller reads this and contacts me but I doubt they will
SiVery easy to use, looks nice, cooks well. Over heats and smells funny if cooking for more than 15 minutes, use in short bursts of 6 minutes with 30 minute breaks so you don`t kill it
