Defrost doesn’t seem to work very well at all. Instructions simple. Opening door requires a big push. Old persons may struggle, will prevent young children.

Just opened the box. Dent in the top right corner and lamination is scratched on the front. Not happy with how the package has arrived damaged. Overall it seems to work well and have good options. Considering returning it and getting a refund due to the damage, unless I can be compensated.

Good enough to do the task required

Had the microwave about two months with it being used probably once a week. When using it, as it finished its cooking, it tripped the power breaker and now, although light and controls appear to come on, the microwave wont cook.Controls are also not great. Id avoid this product

It states in the product detail that the depth of this microwave is 30.62cm. In actual fact the product depth is 40cm. I have had to return this without even using as it did not fit in the space. A detail like this should not be difficult to provide.

buttons are very clumsy and difficult to use

Really disliking this microwave. Very noisy and clunky door, especially late at night. No buttons 0-9 for time etc. How do you set 2 mins 35 seconds? You don't. Black inside so lighting is poor.Sending this back.

I bought this to replace an older sharp model that finally stopped working after about 12 years. This one however, only lasted a month. The electrics were fine the plate was turning but there was no heat. It had only been used a few times to cook jacket potatoes, ready meals etc. Amazon are sending a replacement, we'll see how long this one lasts

Lasted less than 1yr 4months before door latch broke with normal use . Not value for money as my cheaper brand it replaced last 5 years !

The light inside is very dim, so you can not observe the cooking process. It is not any faster than my previous 800w Sharp microwave. I would like to replace the product.

Microwave faulty, did our annual PAT test and the radiation leaked above the recommended level of 5. Contacted Amazon and they resolved it immediately so 10 stars for that. Thank you Amazon.

Bought this microwave on 14/11/17 and now the door has developed a fault and it is very difficult to open. I'm struggling to find an email contact for Amazon to discuss possible options. Very disappointed.

Easy to use only thing I don't like , the controls don't stand out, I.e. The buttons are black in a black panel. Would be better if the buttons were silver coloured.

Well priced, well build microwave with all the basic features you need. Having bought on line I hadn't see it before it was delivered. It was then that we noticed it's only problem. The door is opaque. You can't see what you are cooking, or over cooking to be precise! Otherwise it's great.

It does the job but has a major design fault in that you cannot see what you are cooking as the door is completely black and you cannot see through it. Totally ridiculous.
