Dont Buy this microwave. Paint below the microwave plate has started to flake off and now the microwave sparks when trying to microwave food. Disgusted by Panasonic. Will never buy a microwave from them again. Bought this in 2018 and started to flake paint within 1 year.

The microwave arrived in two boxes. On opening the Microwave box it had a dent on the top corner above the clock.Due to the situation i can't wait for a replacement.The microwave it was the same make with a grill. That was priced at 119 pounds, This was 184 with no grill.

Not Easy to use too complicated on the upside heats food well and is easy to clean

Very small microwave, I can not fit my plates in. Luckily only use for reheating meals but causes more washing as I have to put on a small plate! Looks stylish all in black...then you see a silver screw on the side. Why silver when microwaves black, surely a black screw would have been better. I expected more from a Panasonic model. Error code H98 appeared. Item faulty. Should have been a simple process to return the item as its a primary fault that is not economic to repair according to panasonic. Been on chat with amazon "expert" for 20 minutes. Chat person simply could not understand the issue and said to contact panasonic. VERY frustrating. Dreadful customer service by amazon.

Not sure of the controls yet but will look at the instructions later

Great microwave and easy to use I looked at the measurements and my larger plates should have fit into the microwave , however you had to tilt them to fit them inside. Hence 3 stars

The stated internal dimensions of this microwave are inaccurate. Panasonic state an internal cavity height of 21.4cm (which would be fine), but the actual cavity height is 17.3cm. Returning the microwave on this basis, as it cannot fit the height we need to disinfect our baby's bottles.

Had to return as the cooling fan which runs after the cooking programme has finished was far too noisy.It ran even after a 30 second programme, very annoying and more £££ to run.

good microwave but the screen is a bit fiddly didn't realise it was so much smaller than our old one but it works well and doesn't take up too much space ---does the job well

Gave a really bad burning smell when first used. We have had numerous microwave so know we have been using it correctly. Still gives off a burning smell on occasions so keeping an open mind at present.

the second of this model i have had to return.the first lasted less than 1 month ,the second 5 months.must be problem with this model.now ordered samsung.

Quite powerful for the price but to noisy and doesn't have the quick start option

Take a few minutes to study the directions, and then it is simple and quick to use.

Easy to use but unreliable

Turned the unit on for the first time, set the timer, pushed start and there was a loud buzzing noise. Turned it off immediately. The exterior of the unit was hot to the touch and there was a strange smell of burned wires or something :/Very disappointed, as I need to go through all the hassle of shipping this broken unit back in order to get a refund.

It’s small inside but I knew it would be but unfortunately mine has to be housed in a cupboard so had to by this size also gets very wet inside even when you using for a couple of minutes need to wipe out every usage or it will get rusty and the light inside stays on when the door is open so can’t really air it out. But it heats food quickly and correctly.
