Smart looking Efficient Different functions took some time to work out. Book wasn't the easiest to understand. Needs 10cm all around to be able to use it safely so we couldn't put it in the caravan as wanted. Hubby then put in a sliding shelf which solved the problem..

This model was selected based on my experience with the older combi oven I had for many years. Oven can do most everything the old one did and does it well. Can't fault it. Performance, looks and ease of use. Top marks.

This microwave is one of many in the same series. It has many useful features, (although my model is missing the Sensor - which might have been useful). The microwave works well and is fast. The grill does a good job. The Hot Blast (convection) feature is just like a fast oven - cooks and browns well. The Slim Fry feature is useful, and really does seem to fry food! Other features are available - but I've not got round to all of them yet. One useful feature, is the ability to stop the glass turntable from turning round, to allow cooking of many different sizes of food items. And I like the inclusion of a round, coated metal pan - which is useful for grilling, oven use and frying. And, when you register your microwave with Samsung, you get a guarantee lasting up to 3 years - which gives you piece of mind. Overall this is a full-featured microwave, which also looks good!

Can’t fault the product

Great machine lots of features. Instructions can be complicated but soon got to grips with it for everyday use. The start/30 sec button makes it so easy for just warming something up. Hot Blast (convection) seems good and you can deactivate the turntable if you want to use an ordinary roasting tray. I switched from Panasonic and glad I did.

This is a great combination microwave the best thing I’ve bought

This 'combi' does it all. An almost perfect microwave as you would expect from the Samsung name. The only slight problem is the feet do not perfectly line up if you want to put it on a wall bracket above your work surface but this can be overcome. The instructions are a little complicated but are soon learned. I highly recommend this product and I use it heavily EVERY day.

It adequately repacked a very good Panasonic model.

I can't believe Samsung engineers could make such a terrible product that is so expensive.
This microwave has the worst user interface I have ever seen.
In the yogurt setting there is no way to control the time or the temperature. In other words, there is no way to control the only two parameters you need to control! You can only select from a few predefined programs with no information in the user manual about their temperature or their time.
I also could not find a way to use this as a dehydrator since it looks like there is no way to set a time more than 1 hour.

This microwave oven works well. It has a wide range of food cooking options but the instructions are minimal and you need to work out the functions yourself. Overall i am pleased with it.

Bought this to replace a DeLonghi microwave oven (400/8558) there wasn’t anything wrong with that one, I just fancied a change. It looks smart, the see through door is a nice feature and I was very impressed with how quiet it is when in use on the oven after being used to the DeLonghi, which wasn’t overly loud, it’s just that this one is noticeably quieter. Came with 3 year guarantee if you register online.

Does everything as expected flawlessly. One slight improvement but not a deal breaker is if it could do up to 220 degrees on the oven and not 200.
