I bought a eco bubble back in 2011....not this particular one.... 7kg.... never had any issues and love this machine! Seal has only just decided to leak.... and I do a minimum of 3 loads a day every day! £400 well spent? £50 a year? I think so!!!

Disposable washing machines. Stick to a reputable brand of washing machines as sumsung will only last a year before breaking down with the infamous 3E error. Ok, so the warranty will cover that the first time but once it's out of warranty you're on your own a repair bill of approx £200. Not what you expend with a "premium" brand and a £500 washing machine. My advice is stick to the tries and tested brands and down bother paying a premium. At the end of the day it's a washing machine, you put dirty clothes in, It fills with water, it turns around and you take your clean clothes out. Terrible customer service.

very poor machine. broke down after 3 months of purchase. Samsung never sent an engineer to repair it. Very bad customer service. Avoid. I wish I had read the reviews on Samsung's bad customer service before purchasing.
