I bought a eco bubble back in 2011....not this particular one.... 7kg.... never had any issues and love this machine! Seal has only just decided to leak.... and I do a minimum of 3 loads a day every day! £400 well spent? £50 a year? I think so!!!

Amazon CustomerDisposable washing machines. Stick to a reputable brand of washing machines as sumsung will only last a year before breaking down with the infamous 3E error. Ok, so the warranty will cover that the first time but once it's out of warranty you're on your own a repair bill of approx £200. Not what you expend with a "premium" brand and a £500 washing machine. My advice is stick to the tries and tested brands and down bother paying a premium. At the end of the day it's a washing machine, you put dirty clothes in, It fills with water, it turns around and you take your clean clothes out. Terrible customer service.
Amazon Customervery poor machine. broke down after 3 months of purchase. Samsung never sent an engineer to repair it. Very bad customer service. Avoid. I wish I had read the reviews on Samsung's bad customer service before purchasing.
