Not practical cord bends it then stops the steam. Too bulky to travel with.
Eileen JonesGreat idea poor execution! I decided to join a lazy butler with a steamer - so I can very quickly in the morning make sure I’m smartly dressed ???????? However this sorely disappoints - my steam iron on an item on clothing on a hanger - does a better job! Not worth the expense - get a great steam iron instead.

KazWhat a waste of money. Wanted to return it but it's big and awkward and I can't get it to the post office - properly annoyed. Leaks all over the floor, and yes, I've checked everything is correctly screwed together. Item unusable.
Carolyn KellyI don’t recommend it, lovely design but doesn’t do a great job, compared to my sister steamer she bought the verti steamer and we steamed same garment on different side and hers steamed straight away whilst I had to go over a few times
MossIts heavy, and the attachment broke after the second use from the steam
TraceUsed it a couple of times then it stopped steaming. Got hot but no steam. So disappointed. Sent it back for a refund.
TraceyI’m finding this very hard to review !!!
The steamer is easy to assemble with clear instructions. It’s easy to use and the water lasts for ages. It’s stable and the hanger is adjustable to suit the user.
So why is it hard to review?
Simply it doesn’t suit my lifestyle and that’s not the steamer’s fault, it’s nobody’s fault.
I currently use a steam generator iron, loads of power and I find it easy to use.
The steamer is good on a jacket, but how often do I need to steam a jacket?
On shirts the back is easy but round the buttons looks a bit of a dogs dinner with me in control. Collars and cuffs are easier with an iron.
I couldn’t get jeans to look as good as I can with an iron, same for T-shirts!
So the steamer is a bit of a mismatch to me! It seemed like a great idea, but sadly not all good ideas work out.
I see steamers being used in charity shops for freshening up clothes but sadly this is not a use for me.
So I gave it three stars, but that could be five stars if it suits your washing and lifestyle.
The product does exactly what it says on the box ~ and it’s well made and well designed.
I used,it is god not bad worth to buy
khanDisappointed didn't do what I wanted it to so returned it. Needed creases taken out of new curtains went over them several times and did not work. Quite heavy to hold as well,. I am use to lifting heavy things, and would say this is not suitable if you are frail.
KlattThis steamer is useful for items that are needing a quick touch up iron or items that are difficult to iron. A prime example of this is a dress I own which has numerous frills on it, and I have never been able to iron the creases out, however this gadget certainly did the trick. I did hope it may replace my iron however, I feel that there is a time and a place for each item - so useful to have both; and I did feel it became quite heavy after using for a longer period of time. I have found the steamer very useful though to take with me to 'touch up' an item on a special weekend away.
