Utterly fed up with a spitting steam iron, which spat grot all over an assessment piece I was making for a course. Decided I wanted an iron with no holes in the sole, and a quick heat up. It does both. My only concern (for me anyway) is that it is so very lightweight, and tips over easily. Very good for people with poor hand strength, and irons pretty well. Personally I would prefer a heavier one, but excellent value for money.

The iron is lightweight and heats-up quickly to do a good job with the ironing.

She suffers Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and found heavy smoothing irons too much of a challenge.The other factor which prompted her to buy a dry iron was being fed up with steam irons which clog up to easily; never the same after a descale!

It has stopped working for me.Less than 1 year since purchase.

Very lightweight, maybe have to get a different iron.

I use this at work to iron veneer edging to panels. Its nice and lightweight, in fact I would probably use it to press my shirts but I'm a single man and I wouldn't want to get caught doing such a thing!

It works but as usual with Tefal irons the cord is too short (I shouyl have learnt the lesson!) and it has insufficient thermal inetia due to its lightness..

Great little iron, very easy to use. I have never used a steam iron and this was one of only two or three dry irons on Amazon, so there wasn’t much choice, but I am pleased with it. I like that there aren’t loads of complicated settings, just minimum to maximum heat.

Irons perfectly. Ironing is a doddle with this iron. I prefer dry irons to steam irons.

I was looking for a basic model and this fits the job well and is priced accordingly.

Excellent. Heats up nicely and cools down quickly.
