A very well known women's magazine gave this iron the seal of approval, so decided to go with this model. It does iron clothes very well, so one might say why give it 3 stars. Well, the flex isn't long enough, in that the ironing board and iron have to be right next to the socket for you to be able to iron the length of the ironing board. The water level is difficult to see as although the water tank is a very attractive red colour you have to look closely to see where the water level is. Filling the water tank is easy if you unplug the iron and go to the nearest tap, however if you prefer to fill the tank with a jug etc, then it becomes difficult because of the way the water tank opens.
My previous iron was a Philips Azure, so wish I had paid the extra money and bought that.
