Loved this until it stopped working on me last month and ruined all my clothes by sticking to them ????

This iron is good for the money but the hot plate is constantly over heating and sticking to clothing. I’m forever changing the temperature with no consistency. I have to clean the plate constantly. If the heat is too low, it leaks all over. More time consuming that it’s worth!

Very disappointed with life on this ! Second time had to replace it and again brake down with the same fault ! Leaking and no power

It worked at first but after a few months it started playing up I have to switch the steamer off the water pouring out the iron the ironing board got so wet even the floor got wet had o mop the floor. I use it as a dry iron not happy if it had happened at the beginning I would of return it.

Not happy with this buy unfortunately because i was expecting a little better quality.

I would have given this item 0 stars if I could have. It didn't work and I had to send it back. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought it

Initinally worked well, but only lasted just over 12 months and then steam stopped but still works as an iron. I wouldn`t buy again

Very poor iron. Waste of money. Sole plate melts (wool blend) work trousers which sticks to the plate and can't be cleaned off and then decided to deposit itself on my white shirts. This happened no matter how low the iron was set. Also scorched my white shirts. Spend the extra and get a better one.

the iron was rubbish used twice steam not working now I cannot send it back I don't know how to I am 70years of age what a rip off can you get in touch with me at Kathy.brian@outlook.com

I only half filled with water as I only had a few items to iron, the water ran out from the plate and it didn't heat up.

Just received the second iron. Apart from the instruction booklet not being of any use. The description of the different parts of the iron is wrong in it.You full the water tank through a non sealing filling flap. It says tank is removeable to fill when it isn't.This is the second one I have been sent and both just buzz at you when you try to press steam

I have bought this iron just started to use it I can't believe it there is brown water coming out all over my clothes. I would not recommend this and I'm very disappointed as I've just found my old Onaway now left with no Iron. When I first got it delivered it seemed a bit strange I felt like it wasnot a new iron the box was very scruffy and the Box wasn't sealed

Alas did not work, waited half an hour for it to heat up and nothing happened shame I was so looking forward to me new iron. Back to the old one for now

I am finding it difficult to get permission to return this item as we have only purchased it two months ago and it is not performing properly we can not get any steam from it is it possible we can return it and have an exchange please

was bought as a Christmas gift as requested by family member Unfortunately by April it BLEW UP while USING IT And the RETURN WARRENTY RAN OUT END OF JANUARY....CANNOT GET ANY HELP TO EITHER REPLACE ITEM OR HAVE IT REPAIRED .,WASTE OF MONEY

As with one of the previous reviewers my iron has fallen apart, the cover on the cables has detached itself, the steam button no longer works and I have had to sellotape it back together. I too could not return and have had no joy in getting my money back. I had only had this product for month when things started going wrong

Whilst the iron is good for the money producing plenty of steam, within six weeks the hose braiding was fraying badly exposing the steam line beneath. As it was outside the Amazon return limit now having to deal with the manufacturer. On reflection I would spend a bit more for a better quality product.

Iron appeared ok when it arrived but first use showed up a water leak in the water tank. Iron was returned and money refunded. It would of been better if this had not been required with the resulting delay and need to source another iron from a new supplier.

Very poor quality item. Within in four months the insulation had separated from the steam pipes causing a burn and then the iron tripped the electrical supply even it was switched on. The suppliers are not interested in a repair as the card included with the item was not returned to them within the first month. This is not legal and does not indicate a very good supplier.
