Good quality product value for money, would have like more flex which would save me using an extension but i would buy this iron again
Amazon CustomerI had similar issues to other reviewers whilst using this iron. I ended up having to use an extension lead to extend what is a very short cable. If I hadn’t done that I think it would be dangerous to use.The steam function is extremely good but it does go off randomly, so not great if you’re ironing near other people.I went back to using my old iron because I felt this one had too many issues that prevented safe use.

Veselina BozhkovaIt is a good iron, easy to clean and hold. There is one problem and that is that it spurts out steam when you are not expecting which is quite dangerous as I have burnt myself, mildly, but I have got used to it as I am aware of it. I have bought Tefal irons for a number of years now but I would not buy this one again. I did read a review which said all the above which I ignored so I will say buyer beware.

Charles James DayRead the features bought it and regret my decision. Was fine for a while but then all of a sudden water started running out willy nilly from underneath where steam should be coming out and almost ruined some of our clothes. It’s been doing this regularly and the wife refuses to use it anymore. For the price paid this should never happen. Not happy.

More annoyingly is blasts steam and calcium all over the place (& cloths). So much for the "anti-calc". Will be exchanging for a different manufacture.

Bex4aThis was supposed to replace our existing Tefal iron but it is rubbish: it dribbles a lot of hot water at the start every time, the tank seems to hold less than usual and the cord is shorter than normal. We have been loyal to Tefal for 10+ years but time to change. I wish we'd never bought it.
