Packaging quality
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

The box came in broken. It appears to be returned by someone earlier and the repacking wasn't don't appropriately. Have not used the product as I am contemplating to return it and reorder again. Hope I will have a fresh, unused stock.

i'm not convinced

It is the first time I bought an expensive iron and I'm disappointed. Yes, it won't burn the clothes and it irons nicely with steam. Unfortunately it is quite useless without the steam (just like my old cheap iron). The plate stays nice and clean, and the limescale collection is very useful but i still regret i spent so much money

Let the be on with spewing water
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I hated the fact that it’s automatic and obviously stopped heating up once you turn off the water. But it spews more water than it’s able to dry. So you end up with water soaked ironing platform.

Dead (Broken) on Arrival
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Bought this as a fantastic Black Friday deal (£40 cheaper!). Remember that saying "If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is". Well, sure enough on unboxing we were greeted with a broken iron. Unfortunately it wasn't even something we could just ignore because of the great price. It was the base of the iron that you would stand it on when not using that had broken off. Worse is that is looks to me like a design floor. The base is held on to the rest of the iron by just two plastic 'tubes' which had broken. It clearly doesn't take much to break these assuming it happened in transit or factory whilst boxed. I cannot imagine this model surviving any accidental fall.

Takes ages

I am not happy with this iron. Once turned on you have to wait 2 minutes until it stops flashing but it takes much longer it just won't stop flashing it never warms up. Please do not waste your money.
