The arrow indicator for the setting the temp is very hard to distinguish

I am absolutely disgusted with this product. I have contacted Philip's myself numerous times and have been ignored. The water leaks out of the water spout and runs down the handle and on to the electrical cord

I've always had Phillips irons because I feel they have all the functions I want. Good steam and water spray. I like how you can iron between buttons with the button groove.

Lightweight and easy to use. Love the black colour, looks stylish

This is a great iron. Simple to use, reaches temperature quickly, holds a reasonable amount of water and has a sensibly long electric cord. There's a useful groove just above the plate so you can get around buttons easily and I'm very pleased with the overall results.

Had to panic buy a new iron because our old one died suddenly. This iron so far has been great. Nice and light and easy to use. My only minor moan is that when I am using it I keep knocking the dial and changing the setting as the dial moves very easily.

Had the cheaper Philips one which was rubbish and sent it back .no need to switch from cotton to wool etc

I had to buy this and throw away our older model. My wife rates it as a better Iron so that's fine. Reason I had to buy this is that I had a golf club fall over and the shaft hit the transparent steam cover jut in front of the handle. It broke and I couldn't mend it. I tried but the pivot pin had snapped off, and my wife complained at being scalded... She prefers the colour but I would have liked a stronger steam cover.

This iron really works well with good heat and steam and does a great job on all fabrics so far..I have the black version and the only problem i have found is that it is difficult to see the water level when filling so easy to over fill but otherwise pretty good

irons very well. nice long cable. only drawback... not easy to see how much water in tank therefore can spill out when trying to top it up
