Only lasted 18 months so not recommended. Must be made cheaply possibly China. Don’t buy !!

Absolutely useless iron. It leaked water all over the clothes and sheets as I ironed with the steam turned on. I’m returning it. Do not buy this iron.

My second Philips iron in as many weeks, my first was the cheaper Philips EasySpeed Plus Iron which leaked so I returned it, then purchased the Philips PowerLife Steam iron but that smoked when I switched it on, so again I had to return it, I have only ever purchased Philips iron's in the past but unfortunately never again.

This is an ok iron at a price that does the job, but it will never be in my heart at the Philips Azure is. Unfortunately I just couldn't afford to replace mine so settled for second best.

Stopped working in 18 months of purchase!

It is not convenient to pour water into the iron since the lid closing the opening opens to the right side and you have to fill the water with your left hand, which is not very convenient for the right-hander.There is no hole on the iron plug for attaching the cord to the iron during storage. The whip unwinds and does not stick on the iron.

The first iron leaked everywhere and stopped generating steam after a few weeks. Replacement received and within two weeks this one not only started leaking again but the sole plate start going brown and the extra steam button would not engage. The sole plate was going brown because the temperature adjustment was not working and was full temperature regardless, only finding out when it burnt through an expensive blouse. I'm a big fan of Philips products but this one is not even second rate, but an awful third rate, never to be bought again item.

First, the package came with a damaged box, there was no plastic to fill water into the iron in the package. I have only used the iron twice since I bought it and it started dripping water at the second use, I had to turn off the steaming system. The plastic top looked like cheap material. I am really disappointed with this iron giving that I have always valued Philips irons.

This is a nice looking iron and works well but it’s overall design is ridiculous. The water reservoir cover is black and therefore all but impossible to see through to see the water level. Useless! After less than a month of use I have replaced this iron.

Don’t bother. This lasted 4 months. Water tank leaked from day 1 and has clearly leaked into the electrics. Dangerous.

- Spurts and leaks brown water- Steam uses up most of the water in the tank after one shirt- Poor cable design causing clothes to need constant repositioning- Only manages to deal with minor wrinkles

After I use 3 times it start to liking and the water still coming out every time I use

I’m giving 3 stars only because of how this iron was packed. The was just put the sticker with the address on the original box of the iron. It’s my first experience received order from amazon like that. I ordered it for my mum and I’m glad that the iron is work properly. The iron is very good. I use it wor more than year now and I recommend it. The delivery was quick as well.

If you like working in a sauna this iron is for you! I had a Philips Mistral 25 for years which produced beautiful ironing and was light to use. This iron has left my ironing -especially the cotton sheets, like bits of old rag. Terribly disappointed and will have to buy another iron.

Not pleased with this product. Have always had Philips irons but this one is really disappointing. Have had it less than two months and have given up with it.

Although I was careful to choose an iron that wasn't as heavy as the others I read reviews about, when I opened the box and lifted this out, my heart sunk. It is really heavy, and unfortunately, I had to send it back. I would say if you are elderly, or have problems with arthritis or similar conditions, this is not the right iron for you.
