Easy to use. It’s working very well
Paruschi Mihai VasileThere is water leaker and power trips every time you switch it on
Sray agarwalIt looks good, but not easy to use, and not practical.
ANN LII don't think it's useful for daily life, too small to iron a normal size clothes. Maybe good for travelling and tiny garment.
xkxA VERY poorly executed product. The reviews looked half and half so I thought I’d risk getting it, regretting it very much now when I just tried to use it a few times today. The tank started leaking all over the carpet and wouldn’t stop leaking for absolutely no reason. I was truly scared for it to reach the extension cord. I was trying to steam my sheets and had to go over them about ten times to see any progress at all. Product is made very cheaply and poorly manufactured. Turns out my friend had the same one with the same problem and had to return it also. Applied for a return from Amazon with a detailed complaint. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed by Phillips but certainly the last as will not be buying from them again. Their quality is rubbish. Instead of looking at design they should make sure their product works as described or even works at all! I never review or complain whatsoever but wouldn’t want someone else buying it and being greatly disappointed also.
Mena ZubydyNot good as I thought. Water inside could demage the pipe so you should (try) throw away all the water all the time you use it.Only recommend buy it if you don't need your clothes 100% groomed, iron is better
Gustavo Teixeira CardozoIt’s not what I suspected
Hesham AliBought this for a gift for my daughter, she absolutely raves about it. She said she'd never need to use an iron again.
Bernadette CorriganA poorly executed product. No means of stopping the steaming which is continuous. Professional garment steamers have control at the nozzle - this doesn’t. It’s poorly made in plastic and set off a fire alarm detector as we could not control the steam’s flow. This made it difficult to use and could cause burns. Why only one heat protection glove was included made us wonder if its designers at Philips had ever steamed a garment. Best avoided.
KOBI ise constantly the water so it goes empty quite fast, but I think that it depends as well on how your press the button to have the steam coming out. It does the job of ironing perfectly frumpy shirts or bedsheets after they have been washed
ElliotAll good!
Mr JI bought this item few months ago, I am not happy product doesent work properly waste of money
JustynaWorth its weight in gold
callum macleodDO NOT BUY!!!! 2nd one i bought and it does not work from the box!AMAZON what are you playing at!And still did not get a refund after returning it!
iliescu Teodor ValentinGood item
Amanda ForeVery practical
AhmedI got it broken and didn't know how to use its very bad I'd give it a zero star
SI used it for over half a year easy to use but not very stable for heavy clothes
OdeliaProduct itself works well, easy to use hand held steamer. However more disappointed with the seller as the item has been clearly been used and I purchased this as a new product.
Louisa De MariaFirst time I used it all the water leaked on the floor, haven’t used it since. Neither did it steam the clothes properly
MEasier steaming with smartflow heated plate. Use vertically or horizontally on difficult-to-iron areas and to refresh clothing - no burns guaranteed
Handheld steamer. User manual. Guarantee
