The iron itself is very good but the flex is way to short. Also, for some strange reason the water for steaming seems to evaporate very very quickly and I'm constantly having to refill. That said, it is the short flex that is the main problem

An OK iron with OK results, however the water reservoir empties very quickly and the water reservoir closure is not that secure. The most disappointing feature is the extra steam button which is located under the handle of the iron and is easily triggered even when not required.

Makes ironing easy but cord is short and water tank small so needs constant refilling

Arrived with lots of scratches all over the iron. The plug’s seal looks like it was open and returned so many times. The iron looks like it’s been used before. DO NOT SPEND £38 on this because the material of the iron looks extremely cheap. It doesn’t feel sturdy at all.

Excellent Iron, excellent value. I have used these irons at work in a laundrette where the irons used to be used for six hours or more every day. No need for fancy irons when you have one of these. Constant steam setting, ideal for steaming hanging garments and a useful steam “trigger” under the handle makes it so easy to use and the iron glides beautifully over clothes.I will buy these again and again. ????

Nice iron, works well (the spray button is a bit over sensitive and you can’t help but touch it because of its position under the handle) but the wire is too short!! To get full movement around an ironing board I had to put an extension lead under the board and plug it in there, bit of a pain if I have to do that every time I iron, disappointing :-(

Did take me a while to work out the steam. There is a little plastic sound when I shake the iron... not what it is...

I was worried about buying his bit I’m so pleased. It doesn’t drip but the instructions state to use tap water not kettle water. Which I have followed. There’s a filter to clean so confident this won’t scale up like my other irons have. Light. Does a great job. Big tank do not filling up every five minutes. The tank is dark but you can see the water level okay

Excellent product, upgrade for my parents from the older version, they have commented on the quality of this iron and are more than happy with it.No complaints from a Portugese mother with very high standards! ????????

I seem to go through an iron a year and I'm hoping that this Tefal will go the distance and maybe last me 2-3 years! Only time will tell.....

Nice Steam Iron but the bottom part has got some stains despite using it very carefully.

Very pleased with this item,only one slight fault is the button for extra steam is very close to where you have to hold the iron and therefore this can be activated when you might not want it to be, but this is not a big fault and I am a happy customer. Very happy with the length of cord, much better than my previous iron.

As I have had my grown kids trying to iron over T-shirt logos, ending up with plastic stuck to the iron face, I thought I'd try one with a non-stick base. I've still been beaten, but to a much lesser degree with only a small thin area of burnt t-shirt logo welded to the bottom of the iron. I'm quite satisfied with that Under non-kid conditions, the iron is excellent.

The worst iron I've ever had. Water tank keep flipping. When you turn to steam position water keep leaking from nowhere and the button from the steam I pressed and it's stays in. Really disappointed as though Tefal is good at making irons.

I bought this iron to replace one from another manufacturer which was originally considerably more expensive than the Tefal. What a good choice I made! This iron is lightweight and has a powerful enough steam function to cope with my favourite denim skirt, pillow cases, duvet covers, twill cotton shirts etc. It doesn’t seem to matter if things have been over dried - it copes easily. Cooler settings do a great job on silk shirts. Tried hard to find a niggle that would withhold one star but failed!! Great piece of equipment - highly recommend.

Heavier than others I tried so you do not have to press down so hard, heats up quickly and has plenty of steam.
