Although made in China,this product is well made, and functions well.It is simple to clean, and very easy to use. Like all microwaves I use it for heating,or cooking food, but I haven’t explored its versatility yet. Solid German design, but like many products made in China.
david cullingtonBosch microwave took a while to find this one on-line with extra space and enclosed grill function, it came with USA plug. But works well with a British adaptor plug. All steal / metal buttons. Simple to use. Feels solid. Matches our built in Neff / Bosch appliances. Very glad about making this purchase. Won’t get better.

Amazon CustomerI'm a buyer of German engineering, this microwave falls short of the mark. I've decided to send it back shortly after unwrapping. Issues:1) Start button doesn't start operation without previous further input. Most microwaves nowadays run for 30 seconds on START press on maximum power, some add time in 30s increments. Lack of this feature is an issue in itself. Every run requires you to select power (5 buttons), use the twist knob to select time and then press start. There is no quick way to do it.2) Build quality - while it looks good in a picture the quality of the buttons especially feels very plasticy. The main rotational dial wobbles. Closing the door makes a sounds like microwaves did in the nineties.3) The UK Socket - they ship it with this huge screwed on adapter. Sure you could strip the cable and replace, but it should really have the proper UK power cord.The only GOOD thing was the grill which re-warms pizza and food very nicely and consistently.Overall I'm really, really gutted. Btw. the seller provides free return postage to germany (great), but you have to take the package to post office (not so good). They say it's DHL label, but it's actually ParcelForce.
