I bought this microwave because it was small and looked good in stainless steel to fit in with my kitchen. Big mistake. The timer dial is hopeless it's too vague. Setting anything below a minute is impossible and you can't really tell how long you've set. After only a few times used I knocked one of the very flimsy plastic door catches getting something out of the microwave and it broke off. This renders the machine useless. On searching for the part to try to repair it the model number isn't recognised and I can't locate a part. So having paid the best part of £100 it is now useless and will have to be scrapped! Pointless purchase and poor customer service.
