How did I ever live without this life changing appliance - I look forward to doing the ironing now - it takes half the time and very little effort.

I think that iron is pretty good, had previously tefal generator and when I compare them this one is a winner. Have it only for couple of days but at this moment I am overjoyed

It is brilliant! It almost reduces by half the amount of time in which you do your usual ironing.When you first start to use it, it gives great amount of steam, after a while the limescale starts to build up inside and you need to descale it more often. But the amount of steam you got in the first 2 months or so, will never be the same.Obviously it depends how bad is the water in your house area.

Replacement for another steam generator iron.Works well and cable storage when not in use is a handy feature.Iron itself is easy to control and use.

This is the best i ever tried. No problems at all . Everything is good. The only negative thing is that it is not so light to.move. you need to be careful because with water inside is not so easy to.move from one place to another one. After that it is the best quality ever. It is a little bit expensive but you will.iron everything in few mins.

I had a Tefal steam generator for a number of years before it packed in. This one is very similar and hopefully lasts as long. Being new it has more power than the old one which makes it easy to use. I chose this model because it has an automatic winder on the power cord which the old one also had. Overall I am happy with my purchase

This is my third steam generator and by far the best ever ...absolutely love it and it zips through the ironing and even flattens every crease in linen.Not the cheapest but worth every penny. I love the way the plug winds back into the body of the iron.A bonus is that my husband, who never previously ironed but loves a good gadget, often gets through the pile since this purchase.

I had to replace the old model I've had for 15 years plus because It was leaking and I had already replaced several of its parts over the years so I realized I'd had my money worth out of it, just hope the new one lasts as long.

I had bought a much cheaper Tefal iron a few years ago, what a waste of time that was, it you want to half your time at the ironing board, don’t bother with a cheap iron, this one is brilliant, I had a steam generator years ago and it lasted me years( I look after me irons) then bought this tefal this year, well worth the money. The time it takes to iron now is so much quicker, just brilliant, and it came in good time also, thank you .

Got this on Black Friday deal, very good price. Powerful steam generator iron to replace an old steam generator iron. This one doesn’t require anti scale cartridges, which is good. A large water tank so doesn’t need filling very often. Really speeded you my ironing. Once you’ve had a steam generator iron you will never go back to a normal iron.

This is my second Teflon iron (the first lasted over 10 years). Technology has moved on and this iron is even better that the original model. Would definitely recommend.

I have had quite a few steam generator irons but quite simply, this really is the best ever.

Bought in Black Friday sale. Was offered monthly payments which was a first for me. A fantastic iron. Although the whole system is heavy it is easy to use and cuts down the time spent ironing. The iron works well on all fabrics. Strong steam pressure means it more or less irons both sides of the clothes at once. Love that the leads are retractable and can be stored neatly away, no trailing leads hanging about. Wanted an iron that didn’t require additional cartridges. This iron allows you to remove scale easily. Also you can add water when in use without having to wait for it to cool down/reduce pressure.

Bought to replace our other ancient tefal iron. Generator irons are the best especially when they are in the Black Friday event.

This is the 3rd time I’ve bought a Tefal Pro Express in the last 10 yearsI would not buy anything else !!!First one I bought replaced because anti cal cleaning button accidentally inserted the wrong way and got Jammed so I wasn’t able to clean it out properlyI needed to buy this one because I accidentally dropped the last one and cracked casing so advised not to use -So all my fault really !!All the same it’sLong lasting very reliable if you look after it ????perfect ironing every time so makes it good value for moneySearch the net for best bargain price and found this one

My iron sparked followed by flames of fire - quite scary when you iron a shirt!!! The 2 year warranty passed 31/10 andtoday, 15/12 the incident occurredTried to contact Tefal after Amazon unable to help - there is no answer on the phone number and unable to start a 'case'At time of purchase, october 2017, the cost was £199.99!!! You would have thought enough money spent to expect high quality. Hugely disappointed and even more so as Tefal doesnt answer their CUSTOMER CARE telephone line.

ironing with this is like magic, you don't have to really push so hard, you just slide on the clothes and steam will do all the work

Love, love, love this iron! Saw it in offer and decided to splash out - so glad I did although I’m not sure I would have been as tempted at full price simply as it is a lot of money for an ‘iron’ however had bought a cheaper steam generator a few years back and you obviously get what you pay for. I’ve spent tonight flying through a whole basket of ironing and it is all now crease free - including the exceedingly difficult to iron pillowcases???? didn’t have to refill once, steam was as constant as I wanted it and moreover the floor was not soaking under the ironing board. The iron part is nice and light and steam cord sufficiently long that the generator sat on worktop as I ironed. While this is first full out use on a whole mixed basket I have no complaints and so far can highly recommend! Can you tell I like my new iron ????

Although this was really expensive but it now makes ironing an easy task. Well worth the investment as well built and the buttons are easy to understand and execute. It’s a little heavy but once it’s mounted the tank can do many many shirts and clothes without a refill.

When this steam generator arrived I was very happy. I replaced a much cheaper steam generator and I was waiting to get impressed.
From the first use I noticed a bad smell but I imagined this was normal since it was the first time it was hot. However, even now, after two months of use, there is a (much less) smell.

The main problem though is that the scale collector is only a collector in theory. From the first month and after only a couple of times ironing, brown scale came out when I pressed the steam button. I though that the collector could be full and I opened it just to see that it was almost nothing there. It was a bit tricky to close the collector again (and it was leaking in every attempt to close it) but this is a different story.

After that I started using deionised water but unfortunately this did not help. After a couple of ironing hours it will leak and of course this will happen at the worst time and on your favorite clothe.

I had much less scale leaks with the much cheaper steam generator.

I have attached a photo so you can see why I do not recommend at all this product.
