I need to use jean wash a lot and normally put this programme on at night. It takes 4hours15 minutes - clothes are clean but wearing thin- really disappointed !!

The detergent drawer doesnt sit straight and its driving me insane. Ive tried 2 of these models and both have the same problem. Is it just me?

I bought this specially to wash big items like quilts but it isn’t really big enough so very disappointed with drum size my 8kg drum was bigger

This is absolutely by far the worst waste of money and time. After owing this washing machine for less than a year and being a family of 5 a couple loads of week it should easily be able to handle but no. We have had zanussi out 7 times for all different problems with the machine. The last time it broke down it we could of have a massive fire. on closer inspection the plug on the machine had all burnt and melted and the control board to,if it had not been for my dog barking at the utility room door we could of not had a house left absolutely disgusted will never buy zanussi again please don’t buy this product spend a little more and get Bosch.

Arrived then fitted with in 30 min broken down had to be taken away

It’s ok but not great. Simple and effective.

Tried to change the settings for temperature, but no matter what you did,it still went back to originall setting.Help line said there must be a fault and sent a new one, to my amazement the second had the same fault so it got sent back and I got another make and model. Either a whole batch has gone out faulty or no one including the help line knows how to adjust the settings.

Very disappointed!!!£200 to replace control board after 17 months. Same fault again 5 months later !!!Never again.

I received my bush washing machine on the 12.4.18 after having trouble with argos I had waited around 7weeks for this to be delivered. I was so happy when it came as going backwards and forwards to friends for over 7weeks with washing was a nightmare. On the 22.4.18 DAYS later my washing machine broke turned itself off and door opened leaving water all over my kitchen. Argos sent me a new one out in less then 24hours after I reported this so fingers crossed it doesn't happen again!!

Have now has this machine for 18 months, and I still hate it. Cannot choose the setting that you want, including the 1400 spin. We are a family of 5 and the washing machine is too big for our loads of washing. Constantly being left with over half a drum full of bubbles, and I am putting in virtually nothing of the washing agent, so adding towels to make up the wash size. must be saving water as the machine is hardly ever on, as we cannot fill it enough to bother to rerinse twice before getting washing out to dry. Length of wash times are also much too long. We are finding that the clothes are shrinking, at the moment I am now handwashing so many clothes then just using the spin cycle. Will be changing to a new washing machine as soon as can afford it. Worst buy ever.

Great washing machine for holding a vast amount of washing but unfortunately after 3 visits from engineers we had to have a replacement due to the noise that came from the machine when in spin cycle. It was that loud we couldn't hear the TV. We have got video evidence of the machine making the noise. The engineers said that as it was a new model and they thought the drum was too big for the carcus which meant that it couldn't hold the machine when spinning hence the noise. I'm not over exaggerating when I say it was loud. It was that loud you had to shout when it was on. The replacement came and sadly the second one was slightly quieter but still far too loud, so to cure the problem we have had to place a large patio slab on top of it which holds it down and stops the noise. Funny I know but that's the only solution we could come up with as a refund was not an option anymore. It's a good job our washing machine is in a little room on its own as the patio slab wouldn't have been a good look in our kitchen. Stupid I know to spend over £300 on a washing machine and have to have a patio slab on top of it but there was no other option. Would never buy this model again and looking forward to it dying in a few years time.

Two hours and twenty minutes for a forty degree wash!!!! HELLO!! I wont be buying this machine.

Broke down on the very first wash - problem with both the programming and broken door latch. We were unable to open the door mechanically. We had to wait three weeks before machine could be examined by a Zanussi engineer who, to be fair, was very pleasant, to retrieve our washing. Very disappointing as we'd previously owned a Zanussi and liked it very much. Our new Bosch is working perfectly.

Don't buy this machine, it broke down after 2 months and there is no way to contact Zanussi, their service is designed to prevent customers from making contact. A life-sapping experience, will never buy Zanussi again
