Looks nice. Doesn't cook very well. Tried all the different settings for the different items we try cook e.g yorkshire puddings which look great, until you open the oven door then they go flat, same with cakes. Doesn't like cooking more than one pizza, if two on different shelves then one is more cooked that the other. Had thermostat and few bits changed by customer services but still not happy with it... paid more money for a good brand, but doesn't work like we expected and not as good as previous ovens we've owned.

Bought this oven end Jan 19, it had a fault with the the cooling fan, it wouldn't switch off. Had another oven delivered now this has developed a fault where the cooling fan just comes on by itself! We were out and on our return the cooling fan was on. This has happened a few times now. I am waiting for an engineer as I write this review. I would like a different neff oven now. I can't rely on this oven not coming on while we're are out, it could keep going for ages, very worrying. I hope I will be offered a different Oven, I really don't want it repaired or replaced with the same oven as the one I have. This product code needs to be recalled.

Do not understand what the cirotherm oven is about, using the main oven, it does not brown roast potatoes, and it does not cook casseroles. Very unhappy with it. Wish I had never bought it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Bought an expensive oven and fan so topped working after 6 weeks

Easy clean. At first I was delighted with the oven. It cooked well and cakes came out beautifully. After 3 weeks I noticed things were taking ages to cook. I noticed on further inspection that the rear fan had stopped working. I called NEFF and they have arranged to end an engineer. However, they cant attend for over a week. I'm hoping they will be able to repair but I have lost confidence in the build quality of the oven.

First oven, main oven fan stopped working after only using c.10 occasions over a period of 3 weeks and blew my electrics. Subsequently left with no oven over the Christmas period. Replaced with a second oven and main fan stopped working within 6 days (used about 3 times), NEFF engineer called out and replaced fan which guess what - has also stopped working. A second engineer call is booked in for the second oven. Seriously not happy and seems to be a recurring issue with fans within these reviews. Maybe these ovens should be recalled and replaced with a model that actually works?

This oven is fantastic for about two weeks until it breaks. Our first one kept tripping the RCD if you turn the oven off via the dial in an anticlockwise rotation, but would not trip if you turned it off cycling through all the operating modes clockwise (ridiculous). The main cavity light stopped working after a few days. Went through a nightmare trying to get the oven replaced, which was the suggestion from the neff engineer who came to visit to diagnose the problem. Finally got replaced with new one, worked for about 5 weeks and now doing the same thing, tripping the RCD when you turn it off in that manor, and now the fan has also stopped working. This is absolutely ridiculous, there is clearly a fatal design error in these models as multiple people are leaving the exact same reviews. It doesn't take much of a search on the web to read this repeating reviews. I specifically purchased a neff oven due to their reputation and my family has always used them and never had issues. What is going on? I've had to book another engineer visit again, I do not want this model as it clearly has mass manufacturing issues. yet I'm reading reviews on other models and they are not great either? Just had new kitchen fitted with this oven, went to christen top oven by doing some toast had no grill, have tray but no wire grill to fit in it, lower grills fit over it but [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Oven fan failed after four days, replaced by Neff engineer who stated this was a known fault. He replaced the fan first time round with a so called modified fan, however a week later new fan stopped working again. None so far. Assisted cleaning oven is useless and the fan failed within two weeks of it being purchased and installed
