Mr. Jim MilneEasy to use and fit standard dinner plate in. We use it to heat up food and it does it well. Lovely colour and you pull the handle to open it not press the button (previous one had a button and it broke quickly)

BradleyLooks good and cooks good. I was concerned as having read reviews for this product and other makes of microwave it would appear that no one microwave is perfect! I've had this a couple of months now and it does exactly what I expected. It looks stylish and is easy to clean too. I would recommend.
JI had the copper version 20L and it has been a brilliant microwave up until a year and a half went by, and it started making crackling noises at the back. When my husband looked round the back inside (through the grills) it was SPARKING!! This was a huge fire risk and at any minute could have started a fire. I unplugged and phoned swan, but they said they cannot do anything as it's out of warranty but that I must not use it or plug it in again. And despite a huge fire risk, they wouldnt give me a refund but offered me 30% off another swan product!?! Err, no thanks! I would never imagine that a company like this would have such a disregard for lives of their customers. Avoid at all cost!

Stopped working at 6 months (no heat coming out) then Magically started working again, then 2 months later it’s had no heat coming out again then started sparking at the back and loud banging, it’s only been working for 8 MONTHS, your best off getting a cheap on from your supermarket, probably will last longer ✋
StaceyLooking back over last 30 years I don't remember any of my microwaves working as badly as this one. One piece of food is boiling hot so it's difficult to touch and just less than 1 inch next to it is still frozen. Try do defrost bread! Completely useless on defrosting.
