We particularly chose this make and model to replace our existing one that had served us well for several years. It has just enough technology on it for our needs but not enough to confuse us!!! Would thoroughly recommend it for its price and efficiency

ChrispStraightforward to use if you are used to a digital entry panel for power level and time, All the usual shortcuts for particular foodstuffs and beverages. Seems to be as powerful as our old one of same nominal power ( 800W ), which is good. So far very pleased with the microwave.

Tudfulbought in early 2019 and after a few months the touch screen facilities began to stop working and it was replaced under guarantee. The second one also began to stop working on the touch screen again after a month or two !!!! Money refunded by ARGOS. If TWO are faulty after only a month or two I had lost all faith in the brand and would not recommend it
nickVery unhappy to discover the microwave does not have a clock function. Door is not a perfect fit and the oven beeps you when you open the door which is annoying. Easy to use and understand. Nice size.
