Please help, this microwave has just stopped working!!!.... it is not warming or cooking anything at all and its ONE month old! What do I do

Having had a Sharp Microwave previously. I thought I would have another one. T

For a first ever bought microwave it'll do the job but the PLATE IS TOO SMALL TO FIT MANY THINGS! HEIGHT IS NOT GREAT EITHER PRETTY LOW. HOWEVER IT IS QUITE COMPACT AND WILL FIT IN TIGHTER SPACES , GIVE U MORE WORKTOP SPACE IN FRONT . I RECOMMEND GETTING THE SLIGHTLY BIGGER VERSION ,IT IS BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY AND PLATE IS BIGGER! HAS MORE HEIGHT!

Style: Decently good looking product. The pictures are well representative of it. Though I feel it is worth mentioning, the window is very dark which makes it hard to see through. Functionality: Sadly mine was broken so had to be returned. Ease of use: it seemed very simple to use, though sadly I hardly got that opertunity.

Neat oven with good, easy-to-use features. But the interior is so dark and the interior light so dim that I could not see how the food was behaving. We make porridge in a transparent plastic bowl in our microwave and need to see the food to stop it boiling over. With the Sharp 800W Standard Microwave R274SLM - Silver machine the only method of doing so was to stop the cooking process and open the door. This is the reason I returned it.

A bit disappointing. Very small and longwinded to use. For the price I feel you could get better.

and I'm disappointed with the grilling power, I think it's working fine, just not very powerful - it took about 7 mins to grill some cheese on bread. But the worst feature of this, which never occurred to me when I paid for it, is the black door, I do prefer a see through one I know now! All that said, it looks just like the picture, was a good price and seller sent nice and quick.

Pixel screen already faulty,, smaller than expected but hey it was cheap..

The internal usable capacity (edge to edge) is 26.5 Wide, 16.5 height and 29.5 deep. That makes an internal capacity of 12.9L in practice. In the manual they use the maximum internal measurements and then assume its a square, which it isn't. This is a really small microwave inside. The actual size is substantially lower than the advertised 20L. Our existing microwave was advertised as 17L and I measured it at 16L (ignoring the cut outs) and it was also from sharp and has similar external measurements. I will be requesting a refund as the product is not as advertised.

It's a good looking microwave. Works fine. Only issue I've had with it is that you can't see your food while it's heating due to the dark door and the "eco light" inside which is dim.

Compact, good controls but let down by dingy interior and feeble light.

The area inside is very small. The height is so small it barely fits my milk glass. The dish is also pretty tight within the walls, so make sure your dishes aren't larger than the microwave dish.I'm a bit disappointed for these reasons.

More "tinny" than I thought it would have been. Small interior and rotation plate, only just able to fit in dinner plate. That said it does the job, I only use to heat through food. Suppose for the price it is adequate.

Spent ages choosing this model online, I wanted something as close to a manual model in use, but with more precision, a bit more power than currently and a reasonable price. The unit stopped cooking halfway through the second 5min ready meal. No Internal light, no display, no response. 30 minutes later it returned to life, but had forgotten it's clock settings. Same thing when next used! Returned to the shop after only two days.

Item is a lot smaller than advertised. I have a 17L RH microwave and it fits more food than this one which advertises a 20L capacity.The inside measurements are taken from the cavities and on the top there is only a small hole which is deeper and this is part of the measurements.Looks neat from the outside, but consider it a 17L when buying.

This microwave performs perfectly with regards to actually cooking your food, but is let down by a couple of really poor design features. Firstly, the feet on the bottom are not very non-slip, so it slides on the work surface when you open or close the door. Secondly, you can't keep an eye on your food while it is cooking, as even though there is an internal light that operates whilst cooking, you cannot see anything at all inside the microwave because the glass door is virtually black.

Works fine, so far. But the light is not bright enough to illuminate the interior. If you can't see your food cooking, then there will be mishaps.
