Looks good. Control panel stopped working after a few weeks and hardly any use. When I tried contacting the hotpoint assistance/helpline number I ended up with an automated message telling me they were busy and to try again another time, when I rang back and spoke to someone else I was told they would ring me back when they weren't as busy........ still waiting for a call. It's cost me around £450 to buy a microwave oven that's stopped working after reheating about a dozen items!

Looks nice from the outside. Buttons are not very sensitive and it’s a nightmare understanding what I need to press to get to the various settings. Needs to be much more simple

Large internal capacity, grilling, roasting, and microwave functions, quiet operation, easy to clean. I scored design down because, unless your eyes are level with the display it becomes very difficult to see, even on full brightness

Neat design looks nice.Quick microwave function makes it quick and easy to use. Lots of features makes for a lot of reading just to use grill
