My mom microwave has just arrived she thought it was all going to be all grey as amazon description but she’s going to keep it as she love it

Bought the microwave as looked like just what we wanted as we're having an extension built so no kitchen for a while(Jan 23rd). Started off ok for the first couple of months then Covid 19 hit, so we have now had it 6 months being used almost everyday.It's now beginning to rust in the corners and has a mind of its own power wise( as you can see by the stain on the bottom of the microwave curry).Will be trying to return.

I wouldnt buy it again. Nice design but not practical at all.Once you have set the time, it takes long to start, it doesnt let you add more seconds or minutes once started ( you need to stop and start it again) and if you forget the door open the light remains on all the time.I had much cheaper microwaves that were more useful that this one.

Sadley the microwave arrived,but is faulty!!Once set up everytime u touch the front of the microwave it started then the stop button didn't work to turn it off. You have to turn it off at the mains to stop it.It looks great and fitted well in our kitchen.We do have a problem sending it back due to the cronavirus there are no returns.So we now have NO microwave at all :(And still not sure when it can be collected so we can have a refund to get a different one .

Looks great to start. Now writing a review after 3 months use.I regularly clean it keep in good condition.I find it has maybe to many features as a lot of items do these days.The problem with the microwave is at the back inside you just can't clean it fully and after 3 months use it seems to be already showing signs of rust.Would I recommend it? I paid £49.99 looks great does job but disappointed it showing rust which makes inside look dirty.Next time I would buy a different one.

Should have read some of the other reviews before purchasing this model.Stylish and easy to use, but certainly not an 800W model - not sure how it's not heating properly but takes significantly longer than any other 800W model I've used to heat food (as a small example, my porridge usually takes 1min30s, in this microwave takes 2min10s). Defrosting frozen food takes an age - defrosting some mashed potato on auto defrost for 10mins at the correct weight still came out completely frozen. I will be buying a different model as this one is simply taking too long.Shame, because it looks lovely and is easy to use!

It came earlier then I expected I was so happy but I found one of the wheel for the glass plate was broken. I have no time to send it back , it work but it is broken

I ordered this product for my mother for Christmas as we didn't have a workingmicrowave, it looked very good on the product listing and was a good price and she was very pleased until we opened it and was disappointed to see that one of the parts was broken and it was unusable, and now we're left with an unusable microwave and a ruined Christmas gift aswell as much of our time wasted as the company is closed until the second of January.

Don't like it at all, loud nosy. Not worsted money.

Product was well packaged and came on time but some of the writing on the microwave is not clear a little smeared of and blurry.

Beautiful microwave. The only problem is the two front feet are at different heights and are not adjustable so have to have a bit of cardboard under one of them to stop it rocking diagonally.

However this model is very much over rated - it does not give the advertised of 800 watt. You will need t increase your cooking times by at least 25% to get anything like the results you are expecting. It really is a shame as the design, controls etc. are excellent.

The dial on this microwave doesn't work. I emailed their customer service (as recommended on their website) to see if there was anything that I could try, but I never got a response or even an acknowledgement.

Looks great, operates poorly. Not much power at all for 800 wGood price and service perhaps the price reflects power.

Looks sleek and modern but operations are rather disappointing. Controls are overly complicated for no reason, for example, to use time dial, you have to press power turn dial start ? I could live with it if operations were nice but that's the worst bit. Not sure why but things take much longer to warm up and containers get more hot than contained. Sadly we unboxed it almost 2 months after purchase and can't return it.

I was so excited to open the package so I can start using it. Plugged it in and there it was..it didn't work! All it did was blew lots of cold air.
I am not sure if I was just unlucky to have bought one that doesn't work but I would not advice you to buy it.

All worked well.

Not a good purchase. The seam at the back & bottom of the microwave is rusting badly. You can feel the seam where it joins the upper back part of the machine. This was bought for an elderly person to use who hasn’t used it very much but it has been wiped inside every time.
