Stopped working after 3 months. Wont switch on, no lights nothing completely dead!!
OldladyI have only had the microwave for 2 weeks and can see rust appearing in the corner already
Kelsbought in early 2019 and after a few months the touch screen facilities began to stop working and it was replaced under guarantee. The second one also began to stop working on the touch screen again after a month or two !!!! Money refunded by ARGOS. If TWO are faulty after only a month or two I had lost all faith in the brand and would not recommend it
nickReturned it the same day. Found a much better microwave elsewhere.
JayWhen checking through the features and specs of my short-list of possible microwaves I never thought to check that the standard display was a digital clock and was flabbergasted to find it wasn't after I bought this model. Instead of telling me the time, this microwave just shows 00:00 whilst resting on my kitchen bench. This might have saved the manufacturers a pound in cost but it drives me crazy.
jmartinausMicrowave faulty, very disappointed and embarrassed having to take gift back.
EdinburghMicrowave was on special offer & was very good value. Does job well
GeoffMy trusty Sharp Microwave finally gave up so decided to get another Sharp one as I was very happy with my last one. I chose the compact one this time which is a nice small size and adequate for general day to day use but there are 2 things that really bug me. The first is the appalling quality of the microwave, it feels very cheap unlike my last one and the second thing is the really annoying LOUD beep when you press any button.
ViolaPiece of junk. Cheap looking, hard to use "touch" pad which requires two hands. One to stop the thing crashing against the wall, the other to get bruised knuckles trying to set the timer. I only use it to heat a microwave hot water bottle. It's SO noisy in operation, we can't talk whilst it's operating. The absence of a clock makes the display screen look stupid. Many plaudits to Sid the delivery driver who was so helpful and nice. Thanks Sid !!
algherobabeThere is no clock feature on this.
RickyNot mechanically
krzysztof62krzy...I had to take my microwave back as it would work, I only used it 3'times, got a replacement, let's see how Long it lasts??
AliLooks decent, and does the job. However, started to rust on the inside only after a few days.
LiverpudlianThis was to replace the original incarnation of this model. It does not have a clock, it requires 20 seconds extra to warm through a cup of coffee(exactly same cup and contents, and supposedly the same 800 watts) and a push button to open the door rather than a handle.
Mich7yptEasy to use, only one negative, it has no clock :(
JRMy oven broke down on Christmas Day, used this oven for roasting the potatoes and vegetables on one shelve and Yorkshire pudins on the other for 14 people. Someone else roasted the meats Easy to use, kids loving the manual timer for their individual meals/bakings.
